PVS-Studio warning V547 for OpenCV

void CvFuzzyMeanShiftTracker::SearchWindow::initDepthValues(....)

           m0 = 0, m1 = 0, mc, dd;
  ....
  for (int j = 0; j < height; j++)
  {
    ....
    if (d > maxd)
      maxd = d;
    ....
  }
}

Variable 'd' does not change in the loop.

This suspicious code was found in OpenCV project by PVS-Studio static code analyzer.
Warning message is:
V547 Expression 'd > maxd' is always false. Unsigned type value is never < 0. fuzzymeanshifttracker.cpp 386
