Synque Defence

Let me begin by saying that Synque is a valuable member of the staff. During his span here at M4A, he has proven himself a capable and innovative member of the community, from problem solving to ingame events.
	I would also like to note that direct rudeness from a staff member is never an acceptable method of communication. But I urge you not cry out for punishment but rather for understanding. While the GM job is new and adventurous for new staff, it is a very strenuous and tiring position from older staff members such as Synque. The longer a GM remains in his position, the more duties, responsibilities, and worries he becomes responsible for. Synque is one of those GMs who has never shirked from his duties, and has actively sought out new responsibilities. It's this kind of behavior that I admire in him. It also explains his brief responses to players. We've all been in situations where we snap at the people around us because our work starts to overwhelm us. This situation is no different. While I do not condone the way Synque has responded, I will still defend him because I understand the pressures he is under, both here and in the real world, and I ask that you extend the same understanding.

I sincerely apologize for any disturbance this ordeal may have caused you, and I hope that one of our trained GMs will be able to assist you in whatever problems you may encounter while playing here.
