Kingdom Hearts 2FM Randomizer Community Voted Settings Tournament

Hello everyone! I can finally announce the settings and release the data for our Community Voted Settings Tournament. Thank you to all 72 of you that responded! This was much more than I thought I was going to get and am glad we have so much community engagement. And the settings for our Community Voted Settings Tournament, with differences from current League settings between *asterisks*:
* Win condition: Obtain all three Proofs and defeat Final Xemnas.
* Sora Levels: Level 50
* Keyblade abilities: Support Only
* Keyblade stats: *Boosted Keyblades (3-10)*
* Promise Charm off
* All worlds on except Atlantica
* Absent Silhouettes, Sephiroth *and Data Organization XIII* on
* Cups (Including Paradox) is off, Form Levels, Garden of Assemblage, and Critical Bonuses are on
* Difficulty is set to Critical
* Sora Experience gain is set to 1.5x
* *Valor Experience Gain is set to 10x*
* *Master Experience Gain is set to 3x*
* *Wisdom, Limit, and Final Experience Gain is set to 5x*
* Hint System: JSmartee hint system
* Sora's Starting Inventory: *Include Scan*
* Seed generation type: *OpenKH (all seed modifiers are off)*
Definitely some deviations from League settings here, which I'm excited to see! Now, as for whether this will be a PC or emulator tournament, it is unfortunate that at this moment OpenKH support is not yet on PC. However, should any method of converting an OpenKH seed to a .lua script for PC, or shoudl OpenKH support finally come to PC, both PC and emulator will be allowed. Please note that, regardless of what outlet you are playing the game on, you are responsible for losing any progress to crashes, so savestate/hard save often during races.

Sunday, September 5th - Tuesday September 7th: Asyncs
Wednesday, September 8th, 6PM* EDT: Qualifier -> Top 16
Thursday, September 9th: Top 16 > Top 8
Friday, September 10th: Top 8 > Top 4
Saturday, September 11th: Top 4 > Top 2
Sunday, September 12th: Top 2/Grand Finals
*Please note that the qualifier time may be subject to change up to a week before the tournament and any changes to it will be notified through the Blitz Tournament Discord
