woman rose in a wealthy family and had a lot of pressure on her to excel at everything she did, mostly academically, causing her to grow up without much of a social life or a real childhood due to all the expectations placed on her
had to inherit the family company rather than ever be alowed a chance at striving for something that she wanted, stunted her youth pretty heavily but she still forced herself to go along with her family's wishes until eventually getting out of college and going into the role crafted for her
imagine she's a pretty good CEO/boss of her company which iirc we were saying is mostly a medical company that develops new kinds of drugs or medical procedures with a big focus on cancer
big rivals with oscorp because of that but oscorp has more ruthless methods that are starting to stomp them out from the industry because osborn wants to monopolize
the company's starting to lose money and there's talks of how bad it could get and its only ever flourished before her run as CEO so the stress builds up super hard on her
starts ordering production to go faster and stress + depressions tarts eating away at her until eventually overworking on trying to develop a new radiation-based treatment goes very very wrong
i was thinking of having it be some kind of meltdown while she's at one of their factories
and it just kind of spreads along the block they're on in a really bad event
causing her to become mutated and she-hulk
i was also thinking it could involve like
several other gamma-based villains to be able to use later on
and quite possibly the hulk himself since villain hulk is an interesting idea you brought up and i was already mulling over before
her she-hulk is child-like as a show of her repression of her youth and her mostly uptight personality being unwoven, and assumedly because she never had time to focus on any kind of fun/relationships/sex/etc the she-hulk goes out of her way to enjoy those things while also having the general frustration/anger she usually bottles down for more objective and logical approaches to her problems

unless you want to start it out in rp as some kind of event thing
which would make some sense since

having an event soonish of her factory exploding with gamma radiation and the heroes who can help with that can heck it out/get people to hospitals where a bunch of people who arent so lucky might do some pre-mutations that are more just unfortunate pain occurrences
