- It must be understood that Seraphnb's Alternate Alternate Prehistory Story [http://pastebin.com/i0883SQ8] was written before I was introduced to the rational arts. In fact, at the time, I was under the influence of a community of spiritualists at [http://thespiritscience.net/forum/]. After removing the story from that site upon realizing how damaging or harmful they might be to their blind believers, I attempted to edit them into a rationally acceptable state. You can see this in the first section of the story, that which ends upon my beginning of consideration of the difference between the soul and spirit. However, I quickly realized that much of the story was unsalvageable, as its premises had themselves flawed premises. I explore these flaws in this document. Thank you.
- The Cambridge Declaration on Consciousness [http://fcmconference.org/img/CambridgeDeclarationOnConsciousness.pdf] was signed on July 9th, 2012 by several prominent biologists and neurologists, including Philip Low, Stephen Hawking, David Edelman, Christof Koch, Jaak Panksepp, Diana Reiss, and Bruno Van Swinderen. It declares that non-human animals are capable of and contain consciousness. In SAAPS, I originally claimed that humans are the only organism on Earth with consciousness; later reading on chimpanzees, dolphins, and elephants caused me to later exorcise that statement. The Declaration gives it no credence at all.
- See [http://www.eridu.co.uk/Author/Introduction/introduction.html] for several talented rebuttals of different aspects of the Atlantis "Lost Civilization" theory. It must be understood that the premises of this theory are false.
- The Emerald Tablets of Thoth the Atlantean- the first reference to the character "Thoth the Atlantean"- was written by Michael Doreal to promote his occultist society, the Brotherhood of the White Temple. This document- and, thus, all references to "Thoth the Atlantean"- are fraudulent and should not be blindly believed.
- All quotes by Albert Pike that refer to Lucifer or worship thereof were fabricated by Marie Joseph Gabriel Antoine Jogand-Pagès (or one of his accomplices) to further the Taxil Hoax [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taxil_hoax], which he used to mock Freemasonry and the Catholic Church. Unfortunately, some of his obviously fake claims are still believed by anti-Masonic conspiracy theorists today, leading them to believe that the Masons plot to control the world. This is incorrect.
