We don't mind venting, we do it frequently because some of them still go into the other group and this is one of the only places we actually understand the frustration they're going through. But that's all it is, is venting. From how you spoke, it sounded hm... well, egoistic (no offense). I could be wrong and if I am, then my pardon. But one can only handle so much of it before it wears down their patience a bit, and the overall morale of the room.
