  5. On December 5th at precisely 11:00 AM local time Commander X will enter the Federal Building in San Miguel de Allende to present himself to the INM and tender his petition for political asylum. The event will be live streamed. We will attempt to begin broadcasting via Periscope at approximately 10:00 AM local time (11:00 AM Eastern Time). There will also be an accompanying Twitter Storm during the live stream, we ask that everyone really blast the tweets out especially targeting the accounts of the President, Foreign Secretary and Interior Secretary. We would like to really be filling those mentions up when Commander X enters the building. The kit for the Twitter Storm is below.

  11. On Thursday - December 5th at 11:00 AM Eastern Time we will launch a 2 hour+ Twitter Storm, accompanied by a live stream broadcast. We invite you to assist this incredibly important Op in a very powerful way.

  13. The Twitter Storm will have as its goals the trending of the suggested hashtags as well as the direct targeting of the Twitter accounts of the President, Foreign Secretary and Interior Secretary of Mexico. We will also target the public Twitter accounts of the related government agencies.

  15. The message we want to send is simple. On December 5th at precisely 11:00 AM local time in San Miguel de Allende, Commander X will present himself in person to the INM and tender his petition for political asylum. We all expect him to be well received, and to be granted emergency refugee status while the government of Mexico reviews the material X presents.

Please remember that for the purposes of a Twitter Storm, re-tweets do not count. So, if you see a great Tweet with a cool meme attached during the Storm, steal the entire Tweet and put it back out on your own account.
