Hey, you're not an elementary school teacher and I'm not your student. I'm not going to prostrate myself and explain some obvious shit that was mostly wrong on your end. If you'd like to ban Ira and the other people who were commenting simultaneous to me, sure. Then that might be fair, but it currently isn't.
Your ban wasn't fair. I'm not going to pretend it was and talk in those terms.
Just unban me, and we can move forwards. I'm not even asking for an apology, or trying to come back and live in the past. I'd appreciate you quit living in the past with respect to whatever bans happened and have us move on like adults. Not school kids.

The ban wasn't because of past shenanigans
It was a natural escalation
If a boot couldn't achieve what needed to happen for the situation to be resolved, a ban is what follows

? ? This ban itself was a step too far.  Reasons be damned at this point, it wasn't justified. The players online saw that, I saw it, it's clear.
You have your feelings about escalation, but from my experience I was waiting on a party not personally invested in the fight to judge on many things that were being done improperly. Shiro's RP was definitely in that box. And you banning me is also in that box.

I didn't care for the death either which way, but it was a hurried frenzy to prevent something that would've gone down
People OOC. Surprise, surprise, it's a text based game. No one was spamming it incoherently, and I definitely didn't berate anyone whereas Ira insulted me with no boot or ban.
No one stopped you from talking or being heard, either, for that matter. I was actually done until you booted me warranting a call-out for going too far
And now I'm muted in general because admins are afraid I'll make them look bad again for the abuse they've still failed to resolve by simply doing the right thing and unbanning me? It's weird. It's out of place, and unnecessary.

On one hand, you're professing this is an rp game and not a job. I'm not a sales representative. I'm not a lawyer, or being paid to defend myself in court. And this isn't court. I've already explained my case, and idk how you wouldn't see it's obvious I've never harmed anyone in the game. No one's been hurt by this; but I have been hurt by the boot. By the ban. And by this entire affair that's muddying my OOC and now my IC experience. I quit the Hiroto char because it was muddied by admins associating it with being bitchy for one experience
And now you/whoever escalated this far past what was necessary.
I tried to avoid that, and simply asked to be unbanned at first.
So who's really doing a bad job at selling a case? I'm here trying to figure out why WON admins are being so committed to ruining my experience as a player and justifying snap, rushed judgment as anything other than a mistake that should be overturned.

- your aggressiveness in LOOC during the resolution of your issue was excessive and contributed to the assumption that you were a bad faith player
- your intense aggressiveness and demands after being booted solidified that assumption and resulted in the ban
- your continued insufferable attitude here reinforces the belief that you are a bad faith player

tl;dr if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and shits like a duck, then it's a duck- and won3 is no place for ducks. i strongly encourage you to reconsider how you're conducting yourself if you truly want to play.

You're taking a lot out of context to continue blaming me for your abuse of power that needs to be corrected. And, I'm still muted suggesting you're aware that what you're doing is no less than coercion and improper.
I've made clear that I'm a positive influence as a roleplayer. If bad faith means disagreeing with abuse, then sure, I have bad faith in allowing people to think they can bully players without admin verbs into being their bitch.
