Roleplay:
	Jericho stood determined amid his newly created laboratory. In his lap was an old laptop that he had made using scavenged parts that he found sitting in the dusty remnants of prior Earthling civilizations. A long wire stretched from the lab out of the cave, connected to a makeshift satellite. Somehow, he and his crew ere lucky enough to stumble upon a mostly ruined satellite that was
previously intended for transatlantic communication. Instead, it was going to be re-purposed to send a digital message to space.

	Jericho's plan was to use satellites launched by previous civilizations to create a massive interplanetary network of satellites. He entered a few more lines of code on his computer and then tapped the enter button.

	Outside of the cave, the dish began to mechanically hum as it tilted upwards into the night sky. It launched a signal, a very long one that would be translated into a command by the aging satellites.

	And by some miracle of whatever heavenly individual was watching over him and his friends, the message reached without a problem and began to bounce from one satellite to the other. Through the clever design of the command he had sent, it was even managing to slip past most foreign satellites, giving him a blurry image of their worlds.

	His eyes lit up with glee as they scanned the computer - objects that were thousands upon thousands of miles away from him were being detailed right in front of his very eyes. Now, all he had to do was start bird-watching.
