Abilities-Skills Paragraph 5.

Gonad's unarmed strikes are of the highest caliber, and taking into consideration the formidable equalization of the Beardforce, this means no foe in this realm or in any other can easily withstand even one direct hit to a vital point, much like how no human mortal may fairly survive a sword through the torso or a mace to the skull, as Gonad's limbs are surely lethal weapons. The Beardforce is based upon Gonad's perception of an opponent along with the opponent's full latent power, and as such the Beardforce cannot be fooled or bypassed, making it effective against abstract concepts or inanimate objects for so long as Gonad thinks of the thing as a foe or said thing presents a threat. The opposite stands true, however, as Gonad himself wears little armor and will always be equally susceptible to the attacks of any superhuman enemy he faces, unless the enemy is launching a sneak attack (such as the shot of a sniper or a a suicide bomb, not counting tricks used mid-combat. In other words, Gonad cannot be killed unless he registers the presence of an enemy), in which case the Beardforce will alert Gonad in advance. Whether it be a normal man with a pickaxe or Superman with a pickaxe, if either buried the point of the weapon in Gonad's skull he would die just the same. If Gonad is facing a group of empowered enemies, his might will be equalized with that of the strongest.


    The ability for Gonad not to receive damage from perceived "sneak attacks" and how Beardforce will anticipate these actions is potentially Schedule 1. It is possible for Gonad to perceive nothing as a threat to him, or from his foe, or not perceive threats at all that he cannot readily see and thus is invulnerable.
    Beardforce notifying him of incoming threats Gonad cannot perceive is metagaming.

By /registers the presence of an enemy/ and /tricks used mid-combat/, it means he's only unharmed for so long he doesn't know he's in a fight. If Gonad knows he's in a fight, he can be killed by sneak attacks. Gonad, being a Beardlord, is bound to honor and so can't trick himself into believing there is no enemy if there is one. It's literally impossible for him to abuse the Beardforce.

It's simply a means to prevent Gonad from dying before a fight even begins, but is useless once there is an opponent that Gonad knows of. Mid-Combat also means anything that occurs after Gonad registers an enemy, so if they do vanish during a fight, Gonad can still be hurt as long as they mean to hurt him.

If you still aren't satisfied though, I'll change the profile and modify that power.

The issues we come across this time is that the Beardforce allows Gonad to know a "sneak attack" is coming which violates the precognitive ban.

Immunity to death is also prohibited as described in the "immunity" regulation as well. Gonad is immune to damage or death if he isn't aware that he's in a fight. Beardforce allows the precog to trigger while Gonad is unaffected by battle until he's aware he is in a fight.

Essentially he cannot be destroyed by battle if he's face down.

Please make the appropriate changes.
