Most function execution replaced for better performance and smaller file sizes

**Online Player
-Kick from vehicle & Delete vehicle removed due to issues
2K drops in theory are fixed
+per player ESP re-added, causes some performance issues

**Cash
+Stealth re-added with massive delay to prevent network issues (still risky tho)
+Ped Cash is in theory all fixed

**Online
+Clear radius can be increased
+More aggressive handover of entities
-Most lobby options removed due to broken natives

**Stat
Stat options (namely set rank) should have the correct errors and warnings come up
+Some stats have been updated to include the latest stats from 1.40

**Player
+Godmode has been tweaked to avoid detection from other menus
+Invisibility has been tweaked to avoid detection from other menus
+Ragdoll mode by default is set to euphoria mode (player stumbles about and squirms like a ped)
-Online Head editior has been disabled (why your character may have looked like a nightmare creature for a bit)

**Vehicle
+Repair Vehicle and Max Upgrade Hotkey added (num/ & num+ by default)
+Invincibility fixed to cooperate with explode on impact
+Bulletproof Tyres fixed (I think)
+Invisibility is now on a separate thread and has a faster tick rate to prevent flickering
+Speed Boost migrated to on horn press for controllers, keyboard is still num3 and num9
+Ejector Seat now has reassignable keyboard hotkeys and will explode the vehicle
=Matrix plates are slowed down to reduce instability.
+Break doors and delete doors is now an option under door menu
+Max Upgrade by default sets benny's wheels now

**Weapon
=Add Weapons function replaced for a more efficient one
+Add Attachments (applies attachments and camos to all weapons)
+Refill Ammo
+Super damage is now looped (and launches cars if you melee them apparently)
+Infinite Ammo is now looped

**World
+Date is now drawn above time by default, this can be disabled under World -> Clock

**Settings
+Absolute fuck load of additions.
+Most options are now synced between the config file
=Sign In is now enabled on Menu open (if your luxx folder is in your GTA folder you need to move it)
+Full theme editor finished
+Version/Update checker
+Remote Function checker (called on menu open can be disabled)

Just a lot of general optimisations and stuff as well.
