RULES for #egf-rpg:

1) Be mindful of Rebuild spoilers;! Take spoiler-related Rebuild RP to #Leliel and Rebuild discussion to #egf-rebuild. If no one minds, however, intelligent Rebuild discussion may be conducted in #egf-rpg while nothing else is going on unless it becomes another "sucks vs. don't suck" scenario. At which point, the fighters will be banned for ~12 hours.

2) Cyber/steam/etc punk-related RP goes in #egf-cyberpunk. Likewise, flat-out WAFF (WAFF with no real plot, if it's story-driven, it's fine in #egf-rpg) goes in #Asuka-Shinji's-room. Both offshoots are so not to clutter up the main channel.

3) Author Created Characters and series characters are all welcome. However, they must fit into the Evangelion universe in some fashion, must be in-character (depending on the RP situation), and can't just be arbitrarily there.

4) No God-modding!

5) Nobody has claims on one character, with the exception of Forum thread based-RP. This means that if you leave the channel and your character is still needed, they're free to be "up for grabs".

6) No derailing RPs with bullshit. It's okay to interject once or twice as well as just "shooting the shit" when there is no RP going on, but repeatedly derailing an RP will be dealt with as seen fit.

7) If you have a problem with another member, try to resolve it between yourselves. We're all adults here. If you and the other member can't seem to "play nice", however, then bring it up (preferably in a PM/query) to SSD, Eric, Fadingreminder, or Legendary so we can help you resolve the situation. HOWEVER, discussing things as a group if there's an issue that affects the entire channel is perfectly fine.

8) The IRC is not the forums, and the forums are not IRC. Publicly complaining or complaining to one of the EGF Staff about EGF (the site overall) on #egf-rpg will be dealt with accordingly. If you don't like how the forums/the site is run, then please bring your issues to one of the Staff members through a forum-private message or even #egf instead of complaining on #egf-rpg.
