(IC) Purpose for Jutsu: Chisato wasn't as strong as most Memori, and Yet she still particapates in close quarter combat, After months of trying to achieve the level of fire she was looking for, She ran into a blockade, Her technique is rather reckless and possibly considered insane as it effectively sets herself on fire. Though knowing this she continues she didn't wish to stay with just katon, She didn't just wish to just stay with Memori Taijutsu. No

Perk Requirements: Scales of the Memori, Katon Proficiency III , Breath of the Memori, Shape training.
Jutsu Description: The user superheats their scales to dangerous levels causing them to glow with power, An added benefit to this technique is that when attacking the User's limbs catch fire adding on to the overall damage of their blows. As expected, physical contact with the user causes burns to any would be attacker, and the shroud of fire that covers their body works as a psuedo defence for incoming attacks, Though if the User is not capable of withstanding their own heat, They will do more damage than good.
Damage/Defense: User's strength + 1 Grade
Chakra/Stamina Cost: B cost, D sustain
Speed: User's agility
Effect: While this technique is active, No other Katon techniques can be used unless derived underneath this one. The user's attacks are considered Katon techniques; Physical contact with the user deals the user's control -1 step caping at B, If the user does not have Endurance equal to or great than that, They suffer the very same damage to themselves. Incoming damage that is not Suiton, Raiton, Physical, or Pure chakra base are lowered by -2 steps, Weapons that aren't chakra flow will begin to melt upon contact with the user; Memori or CQC techniques can be combined with this technique, allowing them to be overcapped in terms of damage by 2 steps. At the cost of C chakra the User can perform a partial manifestation for one limb that lasts for only one turn.
