- Voxcanti:
- Vibrant capitol of Aeterrus, Voxcanti is a city right out of a dream. The vast white castle rises up
- above the rest of the city, ringed by marble obelisks of varying length. The city itself lies on a
- patch of land surrounded by rivers, and is home to many fishermen and boaters, and has a vast trade
- of the fish that can be caught in the wide rivers. The city is well-patrolled by police and city guards,
- and the crime rate is extremely low. Several large inns and taverns are often home to all kinds of visitors,
- often artisans, and halls where singers preform are common and popular. Races of all kinds live here,
- but humans are most common.
- The rulers of Aeterrus have lived in the castle here for as long as the country as been around,
- and the great marble doors have constantly been opened to the public, all but the innermost quarters
- opened to visitors in peacetime.
- The country is currently ruled over by a king, his daughter next in line for the throne.
- The queen died of illness several years ago, and the king has yet to remarry.
- Lapida:
- A spread-out mining city at the base of the Gelus Mountains, Lapida is known for its production of
- Adamantine, and its large dwarf population. Lapida is often host to merchants and travellers,
- as it lies at the mouth of Snowcap Pass, the only safe way to get through the mountain range.
- The city is home to many artisans and armourcrafters, and supplies most of Aeterrus' Adamantine
- equipment. One of the most notable things about Lapida is that a good portion of the city is built
- underground, and most people stay in the buried parts of the city in the minter to escape the
- intense cold rolling off the mountains.
- Prae:
- Prae is largely a farming town, the fields spreading out around it for a long while. The town supplies
- 70% of the country's grain, and is home to many of the livestock hubs. The town is usually bustling with
- merchants selling animals, food, and tools.
- Lucis:
- A moderately-sized town, Lucis is blessed with rich fishing, fertile crops, and plentiful hunting. It's not too far from the capitol, and rests in the crook of a pair of rivers, which causes the soil to be fertile. Despite growing excellent fruit and crops, the lack of space restricts how much they can produce.
- Rigo:
- Set next to Lake Brevis, Rigo is a fairly simple town, and is also the provider of a great deal of the country's paper and simple magic scrolls, home to spellcasters of all kinds.
- Ora:
- Ora is a port city, seeing ships from far away lands at its docks. If you're searching for something, rumour says you can always find it here - the travellers from the distant lands are always ready to deliver the strange and exotic.
- Catena:
- A tiny town along the well-travelled trade routes, Catena survives on the tourist trade, with many inns, taverns, eateries, and entertainment venues. It is known as the City of Lanterns, since its streets are lit well into the night by softly glowing paper lanterns.
- Irri:
- Sitting next to the Snakehead lake, Irri enjoys a moderately successful fishing season, and is often a place the rich will buy a summer home. It is said that there is a shady society lurking among the good people of the city, but none can force them out, and the city guard denies this. A long time ago, Irri was attacked by a group of psychics, who tormented the city for many years before the king himself stepped in to run them off. This made the city as a large highly distrustful of the Psionic arts, and anyone caught practising them is destined for the stake.
- Ignum:
- A well-hidden outpost in the woods, Ignum is a place that the more in tune with nature often come to train. The city itself is largely built into the massive trees of the surrounding forest, to protect against wild beasts.
