- We follow the dragon sweetling, we see its coils winding through time and space we see the chaos fractures that connect the singularities created by your kind. The totality of the Dragon's coils cannot be seen by mortals, with the three flaccid dimensions of your jellied sockets. But we see you blindly chasing a white rabbit along its coils. We see you running over its head and back on to its tail spiraling towards an unknown destination. You seem confused sweetling, stand back and take a moment to appreciate the beauty of the dragon. Watch its scales as it winds its way through space and time. Do you see the pictures in its scales sweetling? Can you see the story they tell? Shhhh the movie is starting, Witness the secret life of Connar Green.
- We arrive at the first singularity, the children of the Eye and Pyramid let loose Alexander the Great, and broke all of the Templars’ toys. The crossed ones never got over it. The Great eye looks down on to its newly conquered lands its light touches all it sees. But what’s that silhouetted against the eye sweetling, blink and you’ll miss it, dragons. They watch the children of the Eye and Pyramid from atop their mountains in Nepal, calculations are made, oracles are consulted and they decide to wait. Nothing lasts forever sweetling, the fight between the Templar and Illuminati shifts west and Chaos creeps down from the mountains. A laboratory is born, self proclaimed gods and goddesses come to rule the secret world in west Asia.
- We arrive at the second singularity, 821 years later. A warrior in southern England is on the verge of death, he and his house are raiding the temple of a sleeping god. This god must not awaken sweetling, we are drawn to this place by another who seeks to awaken this unnamed god. As he lies dyeing we whisper secrets into his ear, we fill his brain pan with anima, and we tell him what must be done. The sleeping god remains asleep. His house sings songs of his valor, a king approaches he wears a cross, he offers him a place at his court and the warrior accepts. At court he is introduced to the religion of the affixed god, as his influence grows so to does his fascination with the new faith. He cast aside his old name and adopts a new one; he is now Joseph of house Comstock.
- Years pass, the new faith spreads and with it the templar. Joseph of house Comstock helps the templar hunt the Illuminati mages across Europe, every time it is the same sweetling, a mage is chased from the court of a king or queen. They try to fight back but their spells are useless, Joseph towers over them in his rune covered armor, sword at his hip and grate black hammer in his hand. The mage begs for mercy as Joseph brings his hammer down on the head of his foe. But it is not only his foes meat that is hurt sweetling, the hammer crushes his foes anima form. Information is sent to the farthest corners of the universe, space and time are flattened, and one of our sweetlings is no more.
- More time passes the Illuminati come to fear Lord Joseph Comstock, especially those who call themselves witches. One day in England a robber attempts to steal a ring from a woman in the woods, he puts his blade up to her throat pulls her hand to his mouth and bites off her finger to get at her ring. He has done this hundreds of times before but never to one of our sweetlings. Her blood fills his mouth and burns his throat as he swallows. Lord Comstock and his men are close behind, they are both captured. The woman is a witch of the Illuminati, the man a simple robber, both are executed, but the robber cannot die. Lord Comstock looks down at the witches hand and smiles. What is your name he asks, Adam Worth answers the dead man.
- We arrive at the third singularity. 1612 Temple Hall seeks to establish its dominance, Worth is left in the West to hunt the children of the eye, Comstock is sent east to bring India to heel. We see the same story play out again and again sweetling, a knight of the templar bringing a demigod to their knees. Amid the bodies of their followers, in the burning remains of their temple, a self proclaimed god begs for mercy only to have their cries silenced by his hammer. We mourn the loss of all our sweetlings and we lost so many to him, we can still hear their quantum screams as their anima is scattered across the universe. It all ends in 1615 with another change of names, Joseph Comstock becomes a Grand Master of the Templar; his followers name him Nicodemus the god slayer. The crossed ones hail him as a hero, he returns to London a powerful man who helps drive the children of the eye from Europe. But the templar are not the only ones who hear of his deeds, a priest with rotten teeth approaches the god slayer, he locks the door behind him and offers “the true voice of god,” who is this man sweetling, we do not know. The zero point pathogen whispers new truths into his ear, the seeds of blood worship are planted in his mind and in the minds of his followers, it will not end well for your ancestor’s sweetling
- We arrive at the forth singularity. What is time to us? We stand outside. Everything has happened. Everything is happening. Under a field in the land you will someday call Ireland an old god stirs, the Tuath Dé have reactivated a relic from an earlier era and now they are scrambling to contain it. When it seems all is lost a champion appears, the Dagda. He, with the help of the people of the field pushes the old one back across the void, the Tuath Dé are saved. The Dagda charges the warriors who helped him with guarding the rift below; he gives them the field above it as token of thanks. Time passes, the warriors of the green field become the farmers of the green field, who in turn are called Greenfield and then finally Green. Swords are beaten into plows and the horror below is forgotten, generations pass. A couple consummates their marriage in the same field, sperm meets egg, the zygote senses the horrors below and begins to cry. We sing him our quantum song to comfort him, it is the least we can do for Connar Green. We watch Connar grow, he remembers the quantum song we sang to him in the womb and learns to sing it himself, in the universal language of numbers and variables. A girl in china draws a picture of a white tiger and hands it to a mute monk, the monk nods then leaves. On the other side of the world a series of chance meetings with the jesuits sets Connar on a path that ends at the highest levels of Trinity College, do you see the connection sweetling? We do.
- We arrive at the fifth singularity. Connar and Lilly sitting in a tree trying to live a fantasy, first comes the farm, next comes the marriage, then comes Connar with a baby carriage, like this except sadder sweetling. A prosperous farm, a beautiful wife and a son named John, a fine life sadly it will not last. 1845 The famine descends on Ireland, yet Connar Greens farm still produces potatoes, the children of the eye are intrigued and a team is dispatched. They explore the caves underneath the farm and soon find the same relic as the Tuath Dé, the old one has been called, the rift reopened, filth pours forth and swallows the children of the eye. Weeks pass the surrounding villages succumb to infection, famine finally comes to the Green’s farm. Word of the infection reaches London and Nicodemus is sent to deal with the infected. He burns the infected villages and all who live there, he cares not for the Irish sweetling, heathens, beggars, drunks, he snarls as he cuts their throats. The whispers tell him about the secrets hidden in your DNA, they tell him about how sin is inherited and how man will only defeat evil once they are made pure. They fight their way down to the rift and after many lost lives they are able to close it, but the damage is already done the infection has already spread. Containment protocols are put in place; Nicodemus orders everything within 20km destroyed.
- We can see him now sweetling hunched over the desk in his study scribbling equations, an idea about “extended causality” has entered his head, a distant memory of our quantum song. Outside the god slayer and his men come upon his farm house, they light their torches and hurl them on to the dry wooden roof, a few more are thrown through the windows for good measure. The flames spread quickly sweetling, we can see him running to wake his wife and child they escape the fire but not the templar. As soon as they are outside they are surrounded by horses, two burly men in red uniforms push his wife and child back into the burning house. When Connar tries to stop them his legs are broken and a knife is put in his back, he is then thrown back into the fire. The beams of his house splinter and fall as the templar bar the door. Lilly is trapped under a beam and John is trapped behind a wall of flames too afraid to move, Lilly cries for her son, John cries for his mother, Connar finds he can’t move towards either. He is conscious but unable to act, he is forced to listen to them die, the last words that he hears are from his son, he was whimpering for his mother. He wants to die sweetling so very badly but he can not die, not yet. Gaia has need of him, we see his blood sweetling we see the Tuath Dé with in him all he needs is a little honey to wake it up. Power surges through him, he breaks through the bard door and charges the men who killed his family, the ones who stole his happy life. His rage is answered with a sword through his heart, it does not matter though, we can rebuild him now. When he awakes, he is on a ship, a beautiful woman from Kyoto tends to him, she explains what happened, she comforts him in his hour of need and then introduces herself. She speaks to him in a language he knows, the language of science; she speaks to him about Laplace’s daemon, about electricity and light and about fractal patterns. She sings him our quantum song sweetling, she then offers him a choice Stay here and attempt to master your power on your own or come with us and learn the secrets of chaos.
