Subathon!

	I'm going to do my first subathon on the weekend of February 23-24, starting at 2pm PST. What this entails is for every new sub to my channel, whether it's tier 1, 2, or 3, the stream will increase in length! Bits 100 and over and donations are also included in this, so 100 bits adds 1 minute, $1 donation adds 1 minute, etc. This is all in an attempt to push for another emote slot, potentially more than one as well if we can get there! My goal is getting to at least 450 sub points, which at the time I'm writing this I'm at 254 sub points. I'd prefer if anyone were to do anything monetary during this stream, you gift out subs or sub yourself before actually cheering bits or donating, but up to you in the end. By default the stream will be going on for 6 hours, but with each new sub, set of 100 bits, or donation, the length of the stream will increase! Here's a breakdown of how it works:

- Tier 1 sub adds 5 minutes
- Tier 2 sub adds 10 minutes
- Tier 3 sub adds 30 minutes
- Resubs for all 3 tiers also count
- 100 bits adds 1 minute, and an additional minute is added every 100 bits, so 200 bits adds 2 minutes, 500 adds 5, etc.
- $1 donation adds 1 minute, $2 adds 2 minutes, 5 adds 5 minutes, etc.

	"So Shasta, what are you actually going to stream during this?" Well voice in my head, I'll tell you! If you've ever seen a ProtonJon Fortune Cookie stream, I'm going to be doing exactly that! What that means is I take the Fortune Cookie page on Backloggery, a site I use to track all the games I own and the progress I've made on them, and basically choose a random game from it. In this case, the site will randomly choose 4 games for me, the mods will make a strawpoll and spam it in chat, and everyone will vote in that poll to see what games they want to see played next! A few ground rules on this too:

- I'll have a timer on screen set to 1 hour.
- Once that hour is up, if I'm still enjoying playing the game, I'll take a vote in chat (no strawpoll unless it ends up being necessary) asking if people want to keep seeing me play the current game on stream. If most people say yes, I'll keep playing!
- If I'm not enjoying the game, and I see others are feeling the same way, I'll just go straight back to the Cookie
- If a game I speedrun is voted on, I have to do a full speedrun of the game no matter what it is and no matter how long it's been since I've run it. The 1 hour timer will be excluded and will just be a full length run timer instead

	"What if stream goes on too long and you're getting tired or things are getting unenjoyable?" Well voice in my head, I'll be happy to inform you that if things go on too long for me and I feel like I should stop, I will! Next stream I do, I'll continue the subathon and the timer will increase with each new sub, resub, bits, or donation in that next stream too! Even though I'll still be streaming for a long time regardless, I still care about my health, so I'll stop stream if I'm starting to feel awful. My longest stream to this date has been around 18 hours, so that's about my limit I think, but who knows I guess how long I can go now.

	To give you an idea of the variety and the amount of games that are on the table, I have 459 games in my Backloggery as of writing this. However I'm not comfortable with streaming PC games atm and my Xbox 360 red ringed a few years ago, so taking those out I have 319 games total for this, either bad or good! It'll mostly be Nintendo games, and I have a pretty good size collection of DS, Gamecube, and GBA games. I'm planning on doing a few test runs of this type of Fortune Cookie/random game stream some time soon once I get back into the swing of streaming. It'll happen after runs at night, so pretty far into a stream most likely, but I just want to mostly hear feedback on this type of thing more than anything else when I do them, like if people like the idea in the first place, if they enjoyed watching it, improvements to the format, etc. I've decided to call these types of streams Grab Bags from now on. Simple easy name IMO :>

	P.S. I'll work on getting a P.O. Box at some point soon for if anyone wants to send me games for this type of stream, since I want to make this more of a regular thing in the future, and of course you can send anything else you wish to send there as well <3

	SUB GOALS FOR THE STREAM(S):

- 275 sub points: Spirit Tracks playthrough on stream (will take multiple streams)
- 300 sub points: Phantom Hourglass 100% run
- 325 sub points: Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red/Blue Rescue Team first playthrough (tell me which version is better please <3)
- 350 sub points: Ocarina of Time 3D first playthrough (yes I've never played OoT before)
- 400 sub points: Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess first playthrough
- 450 sub points: new emote slot, and I'll do a Pokemon Vietnamese Crystal playthrough, a hilarious mistranslation of Pokemon Crystal that actually existed
- 500 sub points: new emote slot, and I'll do a Wind Waker Randomizer run (never attempted this before)
- 600 sub points: new emote slot, and I'll play Celeste for the first time. Every emote slot I unlock after this will mean 1 more Golden Strawberry I go for. Every tier 3 sub after this also means this too, up to 25 (700 = 1 more emote slot, 800, 900, 1000, 1200, 1400, etc.)
