  1. Lorka yawned and stretched her arms as she sat in the passenger side of Thomas’s car.
  2. After the fight, the nurse patched up Nerada and Fujiko. The principal had not been too happy to deal with a demi human brawl, especially between an ogre and an orc. Thomas had been there to stand up to vouch for Lorka. She had a couple of offenses in the past, mostly involving bullying Anubis. The principal didn’t bring up too many details but he did mention creative use of a janitor’s mop bucket. Nerada would luckily only be getting off with a “warning”. Meanwhile, Fujiko was probably getting sent to a reform school for Monsters that couldn’t control their urges. Which was going to be hell for her, because alcohol was banned at most Monster reform schools.
  3. So now it was Friday, and Thomas was taking his sweet ass time getting to the car because he had some new nerd friends that kept pestering him about his little plastic robots. Lorka flipped threw her worn copy of Fahrenheit 451. Humph, “low taste in Bradbury”. Her humie was getting a bit too big confident in himself. Maybe she needed to tease him a bit…harder.
  4. The door on the driver’s side opened and Thomas plopped down in the seat. He leaned over and gave Lorka a peck on the cheek. “Hey, still reading Fahrenheit?”
  5. “Yeah. It’s probably the best thing he’s done.”
  6. “It really is. I think it might have been the book that made the most impact on my life.”
  7. Lorka placed her hand on his thigh. “It’s really good. But I think another book might have made a bigger impact. For me at least.”
  8. Thomas arched an eyebrow. “And what book is that?” He barely finished his sentence when Lorka planted a ferocious kiss on his lips.
  9. She smiled as she looked at his stunned expression. “Owen Meany.”
  10. Thomas smiled. “We’ve changed a lot, haven’t we?”
  11. “Yeah. We really have.” Lorka gave him a pinch on the cheek. “Though I think you’ve been a bit full of yourself lately. Maybe it’s time I made you see who’s in charge.
  12. Her hand roamed down to his pants and unzipped his crotch. She grasped his manhood and began to stroke, enjoying the look of embarrassment on his face.
  13. “L-lorka, we can’t do this here!”
  14. She grinned and sped up her movements, his erection increasing as she worked her slightly calloused hands around his shaft. He bit his lip.
  15. “Lorka…” Thomas tried to stop. They were going to meet her mother. She’d obviously be able to smell anything they’d done. Lorka looked into his eyes, his embarrassment giving way to pleasure and arousal. He tried to keep himself from moaning. He closed his eyes and made a small whimpering noise. “Lorka…I’m about to…”
  16. She swiftly pulled her hand away. “Noooope. I don’t want Mom to smell anything. And besides, you said I had poor taste in Bradbury.”
  17. Thomas’s face shifted from disappointment to frustration to outrage. “You are eviiiiil!”
  18. She smiled and kissed him on the lips. “I’m just messing with you. Just think of this as a prelude for what’s going to happen this weekend.”
  19. Thomas gulped. “Is this going to involve that Bitterwort fertility concoction?”
  20. “Oh yes.”
  21. Thomas gulped. “Please don’t break me.”
  22. She gave him a coy smile. “I’ll try not to.”
  23. “I’m sticking to my principles though, Martian Chronicles is still better. You can’t sway me with sex, you semen demon!”
  24. Lorka smiled. “I know. That’s why I love you.”
  25. Thomas sputtered for a moment as he turned a bright shade of scarlet. He hadn’t been expecting that. “I love you too.”
  26. He started the car, and the pair drove off. Lorka smiled as she admired her Aru’ka. She was sure her mother would love Thomas. The only thing that worried her was her father’s reaction. But he would be at a hunt for the rest of the week so there wasn’t much to worry about. They could reveal their relationship to him when the time was right.
  27.
  28. Thomas pulled into the driveway, and the two got out of the car and walked to the door.
  29. She stopped Thomas before he could hit the doorbell. “Hey. Before we go in ,I just want to warn you. Mom is a great person, but she might be a little…inappropriate. I’d say it’s an Orc thing, but really it’s just her.”
  30. “She’s not going to ask me about our…”
  31. “Probably yes. Just play it cool. And whatever you do, don’t show weakness.”
  32. Thomas frowned. “I thought your mom didn’t care about that stuff?”
  33. Lorka shook her head. “No no, I mean don’t let her know something embarrasses you. She will exploit anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. And try not to let her get you alone. I’m honestly afraid of what she’d say.”
  34. Thomas nodded his head and then rang the doorbell. He gulped as the door swung open to reveal a smiling orcess. Lorka’s mother resembled her daughter a great deal with the same red eyes, tusks and dark black hair, though Thomas noted a couple subtle differences from mother and daughter. Radha doesn’t have as many scars, she is fit but not quite as muscular as he expected, and unlike Lorka she only has a single long braid wrapped through a silver ring. Radha is also…well she’s is much more matronly than Lorka. She could still probably break Thomas in half, but she seems a bit pudgier and more “full” in her curves.
  35. Lorka gave Thomas a gentle nudge on the back. “Say something!” she whispered.
  36. He gave Radha a stiff bow and began to speak. “Yeh’ran nov Tahrn, Mer’n Radha darTusktaker.”
  37. Radha blinked her eyes in surprise for a moment and then let out a throaty pleased laugh as she scooped Thomas into a tight hug. “Oh by the One God, you are so precious! It’s a pleasure to meet you too!” Thomas made a choking noise as she pushed him into her breasts. This was how he was going to die, he thought. Crushed between a pair of massive orc tits.
  38. “Mom! Stop, you’re hurting him! “Lorka shouted. She let go, and Thomas breathed in, grateful for every bit of air.
  39. “I’m so sorry dear! I didn’t mean to hurt you! I was just so surprised.” She flashed Lorka a coy smile. “I didn’t know he was so good at the language.” She leaned in close to her daughter’s ear. “You know what they say about men that are good with their tongues.” She whispered, intentionally speaking loud enough for Thomas to hear.
  40. Lorka turned an amusing shade of scarlet and gave her mother a slug on the arm. “For once in your life act like a normal adult!”
  41. Radha let out another laugh and then turned back to Thomas. She gave him a slight bow and smiled. “I’m impressed that you are learning our language. Thank you, it means a lot hearing Orcish from my little bone-splitter’s Aru’ka.”
  42. “Mooooooom, you’re making me sound like a child!”
  43. “But you are a child sweetheart!”
  44. Lorka stomped her foot. “Then what was the point of me going through that stupid coming of age ceremony!?”
  45. “Oh Lorka, just because you’re an adult doesn’t mean you’ve stopped being my precious little orcling!”
  46. Lorka dissolved into a sputtering mess as her embarrassment reached its peak. Thomas decided to step in before Lorka said anything else. “Hey, can we come in? I’ve only ever seen this place from the outside.”
  47. “Of course, dear!” She opened the door and gestured inside. “Just make yourself at home.”
  48.
  49. The three made their way to the living room. The place definitely had a hunter’s feel to it. There were furs of various exotic beast crafted into throw rugs. The walls were filled with various trophies, ranging from small stuffed animals to one very large head that looked like it belonged to a feral Wyrm. Thomas noted a small sewing machine next to the couch along with a couple tools he guessed were used to properly work the hides of the various kills. A small bookshelf stood next to her crafting area, no doubt filled with information on how to craft the various Bitterwort herbal concoctions that made her clan famous.
  50. “Thomas, do you need a seat?” Radha gestured to the leather couch.
  51. He shook his head. “Nah, I thought I would help you in the kitchen. If that’s all right with you.”
  52. She nodded her head. “Lorka told me you were a decent cook…Sure why not!” Radha turned to look at her daughter. “Lorka I need you to grab some herbs from the garden. Some thyme and sage, maybe some plants from Home.”
  53. Lorka looked very apprehensive. Thomas could tell she didn’t want to leave him alone with her mother. To her credit, Radha just stood there smiling. Lorka relented and grabbed some gloves. “Fine. But he better not be traumatized by the time I come back!”
  54. She didn’t see Radha’s grin as she stomped out the door. “I make no promises.” The older orc whispered.
  55.
  56. The two set to work finishing dinner. Radha was experimenting with some human dishes to try and make Thomas feel comfortable in her house. Specifically she’d taken a liking to pasta due to its similarity with orcish blood noodles, and she had prepared a large batch of meat sauce with angel hair pasta. The two debated for some length on whether a bit of sugar should be added to the sauce before it finished cooking to cut the acidity of the tomatoes and add flavor. Thomas’s suggestion finally won out, and Radha scooped a little bit of spaghetti onto two plates so the two chefs could taste test their hard work.
  57. While the two took a couple bites, Nerada began talking to Thomas.
  58. “This is quite good! The sugar adds a lot!” she told Thomas.
  59. “See? I told you.”
  60. She gave him an appraising look. “Hmmm, I have to ask Thomas. Are you happy with my daughter?”
  61. “That’s kind of an odd question. Would I be here talking to you if I wasn’t?”
  62. Radha chuckled. “No, you wouldn’t. I guess that was a stupid question. “
  63. “Can I ask you a question?”
  64. “Why not? It’s only fair since I asked you one.”
  65. “Lorka told me you were pretty insistent on getting us together. Why?”
  66. “I guess it’s the way she talks about you. Lorka is a lot more closed off than she would like you to think. She can pretend to be just like her father and her clan mates, but she…well she’s always been different. She’s much more like me I think, though she has her father’s pride and stubbornness.” Radha tilted her head to the side. “Plus she said you were pretty amazing in bed, so that’s always a good thing for a healthy relationship.”
  67. Thomas’s jaw dropped as the plate of spaghetti spilled out of his hands, sending meat sauce and noodles everywhere. His mind went into full panic mode at the implications of this perverted orcess knowing all the things he had done with her daughter. “I…I just, we didn’t…I mean….we were always safe! I promise I wouldn’t do anything to hurt your daughter!”
  68. Radha wrapped her arms around her gut and let out a throaty belly laugh. “Oh, oh dear! You are just too easy!”
  69. Thomas knelt down on the floor, picking up the plastic dish and scooping up the remains of the spaghetti with a paper towel. Radha assisted him as she stared at his crimson red face.
  70. “Dear, I’m sorry…I’m just messing with you. Lorka hasn’t said anything inappropriate. Sometimes I push people too far. Jor’ak has always been good at reining me in. I’m sorry for being such an inappropriate host! Can you forgive me?”
  71. Thomas didn’t really think she was sorry judging by her grin, but her teasing seemed more playful than malicious so he let it slide. “It’s fine.” He muttered
  72. Radha put a hand around his shoulder after he deposited the last of the wasted food into the trash. “You do care for my daughter an awful lot, don’t you?”
  73. “Yeah. Yeah I do.” he said softly.
  74. “Can you make me a promise?”
  75. He looked into the older orc’s eyes “What’s that?”
  76. “Do what’s best for her, okay? She’s a good girl. I just want her to be happy.”
  77. Thomas nodded his head and put his hand on top of hers. “I’ll do my best, Mrs. Tusktaker. “
  78. She smiled. “That’s all I ask.”
  79. Lorka slammed open the kitchen door. “All right. I got the herbs.”
  80. “Thank you sweetie. But I don’t need them. I just wanted to speak to Thomas alone.”
  81. Lorka’s right eye twitched as her hand crushed the herbs. “You didn’t!”
  82. “Don’t worry; I didn’t traumatize him too bad. Right, Thomas?”
  83. Thomas gave her a slightly disgusted look before he grabbed some silverware and started setting the table. Lorka left to change into less dirty clothes while her mother tried to hide the grin on her face.
  84.
  85. The three sat down to a pleasant dinner and chatted about life. Thomas talked about applying to a couple colleges Lorka wanted to attend for her major. Radha spoke about her seamstress work. Occasionally, Lorka and Thomas would get into a debate over books and Radha would watch in amused silence as they argued.
  86. “This is nice. Thomas, you’ll have to come over more often. I’ve enjoyed meeting you.”
  87. “Thanks. It’s been a pleasure meeting you too.”
  88. “So, would you too like seconds or should I…”Radha’s sentence went unfinished as the front door slammed open.
  89. “Radha, you around honey? Do’rn broke his leg so we had to pack up and come back early…what a pity too, this weekend was shaping up to give us a good hunt!”
  90. Jor’ak strolled into the dining room. The small smile on his face quickly darkened into a deep frown as he laid his eyes on Thomas. His eyes narrowed and Jor’ak’s nostrils flared with anger as he looked at the small human eating dinner with his family. “Who the hell are you and what are you doing in my house!?”
