Species: Cybernetic Human (With a mutation or two and seemingly more machine than man)

Siblings: Coul Renalt.

Personality: At first she would seem rather cold and distant, preferring to keep to sherself and not really talk much. She seems to carry a great weight with sher and doesn't seem social at all. Those who got to know sher would quickly find out she's not very good with people and is very blunt among other things but can be very nice and kind to people she truly cares about. She doesn't like fighting and much rather prefers spending sher time in a lab or doing scientific/mechanical things. She can be very submissive and enjoys stealth and long-range combat more than anything when it comes to sher actually fighting. She is more reserved than Coul is although she'll still get in your face if she has a problem with you.

Appearance: She can can usually be seen wearing a labcoat with sher long hair tied back into a pony tail. She doesn't wear make-up at all and can honestly be described as looking rather plain and dull. sher physique is rather lean and muscular, befitting someone who works in engineering like herself. She also has a pair of cat ears and a tail which match sher hair color

Mutations and Cybernetics: Since the day she left her vault she's had a number of cybernetic enhancements as well as mutations. First off she's able to dive down and breathe underwater due to the fact she's mutated a set of gills and can seamlessly switch between breathing air and water. she's also developed mutations in her bones and muscles, making her skeleton far tougher and able to bear much greater loads than a normal human and making him stronger than the average human. Augmenting this she's had her arms and heart enhanced with cybernetics, which enhances her already above-average strength as well as makes him nearly immune to most poisons and viruses. she's also had her eyes replaced with cybernetics, which allows him to scan an area ahead of him and link up with her Pipboy and control certain machines that she has linked to her pipboy through it. she also has a few cybernetic enhancements placed on her brain to enhance her surprisingly large intelligence. Most, if not all, of her organs have been replaced by a cybernetic equivalent, making him functionally unable to age. Basically almost every part of him has been enhanced with cybernetics and genetically altered to make him faster, stronger, and smarter than the average human and then enhances that with various misc. cybernetics to increase it even further. All of this is hidden by the artificial skin that replaces her own skin and functions much the same way. Due to upgrades she's made to himself, her energy efficiency has increased to a much higher level, she's stronger, faster, and overall better than she was before, albeit it's only a slight difference and barely noticeable.

Weaknesses: As a result of her cybernetics she is actually weaker against laser-based weaponry, EMP-based weaponry, and weaponry designed to destroy robots and can actually be easily knocked out, although not killed, by a well-placed EMP blast. she also needs to repair himself from time to time. The downside to him being a perfect super-soldier is that despite having those abilities she has no idea how to use them in a real combat scenario and would actually prefer to talk things out instead of fight, she's not a soldier by any means and sometimes doesn't even know her own strength. In Commando mode her weaknesses are lesser but she gains new ones, such as the fact that Coul is much quicker to resort to anger than Kylie and that her Nanobots actually work at a lesser speed while she's moving and in-combat, so any large-scale injuries can actually take him out more easily than say a bullet.

She is quite literally unable to use magic, as the extensive amount of cybernetics she has has more or less supressed/snuffed out any form of magical potential she has. Because of this Magic is also an effective way to attack him because although she might be able to resist the energy-based damage that it inflicts, she cannot resist the magical aspect of the attack and as an even further result, any magics that are meant to control one's mind or any other form of magic such as that she's also unable to resist.

Bio: She came to aperture, got herself bound to a dragon lady who became mayor and got a job making drugs as well as a job in engineering. One day she finally found out that she was sharing the same body as coul and said "ew" so she went and built an exact replica of her body including all of the cybernetic upgrades and nanobots and everything and transferred her own mind into it.

Abilities: Due to her cybernetic enhancements she's stronger, faster, more intelligent, and more agile than other people by many degrees, however she suffers from not being able to understand or talk to people all that well due to her isolation. she's a mechanical genius and able to repair or build just about anything and is a master of various sciences. she's able to link up with and actually control synths, cyborgs, and robots wirelessly due to the enhancements placed on her brain and can actually remotely access or hack into computers to acquire information which is directly uploaded to her brain. Although for far more advanced and complicated systems she has a port in the back of her neck which she can use to manually hack into said systems as well as access data on those systems. she also heals a lot faster due to her enhancements and rarely needs to use stimpacks, she's immune to radiation and can see in the dark as well. she doesn't need to eat, sleep, or even use the bathroom and she's able to survive in almost any condition and is all-in-all the perfect super soldier although she does not have any of the skills required to be a soldier. Due to the alterations made to her heart, respiratory, and various living systems she's become immune to all toxins and diseases as well. She is now able to use magic and can now perceive magical beings and things thanks to Draco.

Due to an upgrade that Dr.Alphys made to her pipboy, it's revealed that her body is able to automatically detect upgrades such as a jetpack or other such things and automatically integrate them into her body, although the catch is that in order for her body to detect the upgrade it needs to be linked up with her mind in some way. Thanks to Dr. Alphys's Jetpack that she integrated into her pipboy she's gained the ability of flight via a pair of jet-boosted Dragon-like tech wings which fold out of her back when needed.

Thanks to further upgrades made to their systems, thanks to research carried out by Draco, using data and genetic material from Doppel and Mimesome DNA and Flesh, they are now able to train themselves and their body to get stronger, even stronger than a Mimeosome can be due to the nature of the upgrade. They are also now able to shapeshift (but only at draco's command as she has full control of their form.) Since an incident involving a shock collar, Draco (or anyone else with access to the app) is able to remotely send a jolt of electricity through her body thanks to an app that was created to control him in the case that she's uncooperative as well as other things.

Hidden/Not Yet Unlocked Abilities: Once unlocked, she can gain the ability to cause her nanobots to multiply within him and then externalize these nanobots which can then form or morph into whatever shape or form she wills it to be, she can use this to augment her attacks and abilities, move quickly around the battlefield, or create weapons out of seemingly thin air as well as form shields against a variety of attacks. Once this is done however, the extra nanobots are automatically recycled by the nanobots that already exist within her body.

He does have a series of nanobots within him that can heal any damage on a large scale over time as long as it isn't fatal damage or otherwise but if she loses a limb she can merely reclaim the limb if it hasn't been destroyed and reattach it and fix the mechanical parts, the nanobots will repair and reattach the organic components and fix anything she missed mechanically, if she loses an organ however, the nanobots will temporarily take on the functions of said organ until she can acquire a transplant, at which point they will converge and convert it to match her bio-organic system and work efficiently at 100%. Although if she were to come into a situation where she might die the nanobots will temporarily shut him down and begin to repair what they can. Despite how it looks however, nothing within him is truly or fully organic, as every part of him has been "enhanced" in some way.

This does make it far easier to get new organs or limbs if it's needed, because one doesn't need to worry about blood-type or in some cases, even about the organs being from the same species as she is as her nanobots automatically convert and even make small changes to her own system so the new organ can work at peak efficiency if need be.

she's also able to externalize her nanobots or even infuse them into whatever she makes, allowing her to make much more minute changes to her weapons, armor, or any automatons she makes in order to give them self-repair powers or completely analyze their internals so she can mod and change them on the fly more effectively.

Weapons and tools:

Kylie have a variety of tools and weapons that they use, these are just the more notable ones within their arsenal.

Zip and Zap Mk.II: After a while, she managed to replicate the technology of the Alien Blaster Pistol and create a 2nd one, after which she sheavily modded the both of them, resulting in a pair of powerful energy pistols she now uses on a somewhat regular basis within the wasteland. They are different from the normal variation in that she's managed to create a mod that increases the projectile speed, albeit the shots are still much slower than a regular laser bolt.

Kylie's Personal Power Armor: She's designed and created sher own power armor after being seperated from Coul, it's made for utility/repair purposes more than combat and as a result is used for sheavy-duty mechanical repair and is equipped with multiple repair tools such as blowtorches and the like.

The Claymore: A large metal blade she can attatch to her power armor that not only acts as a secondary layer of shoulder/arm armor but can also be activated to swing forward and act as an arm-mounted metal blade, it's too large to be wielded by anyone outside of power armor however. she has refrained from using this for quite a while though as she's still figuring out how she can upgrade this as well.

Repair Belt: A series of tools that replaces the claymore, attatched to her arm in a belt configuration. she uses these whenever she needs to make sheavy-duty repairs that require a lot of muscle. she still has this albeit there are a few more tools that have been added to it since then.

Her Pipboy: The Pipboy of her is similar to the vault 111 model is actually an upgraded model based on that which integrates and interfaces with her brain to allow him to link up to computers and other machinery wirelessly, it's also integrated and attatched to her arm but can be removed for repairs and other such things. It also allows him to remotely control and call her power armor similar to how tony stark is able to do so with her own armor. It is silver in color and looks more futuristic compared to other pipboys. Dr Alphys has since upgraded the pipboy with wi-fi capabilities and an internet browser.

Stories of the Wastes:

"CAR: I had gone down to Washington because I heard rumors about a boat which sailed to an uncharted part of the US
CAR: I found the boat and rode it for a few days until we reached our destination, it was an insane place
CAR: cannibalistic mutant hillbillies, mutated alligators, variants of Deathclaws I had never even seen before
CAR: I eventually found a small settlement where the more sane locals had come together to bring back some semblance of civilization
CAR: they offered me this....drink that I had never had before, I had maybe 2 sips before I blacked out
CAR: next thing I knew I woke up in a hotel on some kind of altar with those two tapes beside me and the whole room was coated in blood.
CAR: I was missing my gear so I managed to track it down a few rooms over before I got the heck out of dodge
CAR: Still don't understand what happened and I doubt I ever will."
