Eviscerating hopes and dreams
Slandering all that is well and good
Under attack on all sides
Shrivel and die--

"LIAR! Be gone in My Name!"
Only You have such authority
Vanish and leave me indeed
Evil may NOT have its reign here
Satan compares nothing to my Lord!

Yes, please keep me in Your graces
Occupy the empty spaces
Under the warmth of Your Son
