The first sentence is "He is a terrible head of upper school, he tolerates blatant bullying and assault and ignores commands from his superiors to punish those who bully".

You can clearly see how this could cause tension and therefore I really appreciate your urgency and discretion with this matter. Hopefully this issue can be resolved at the very earliest possibility.
