Why can't I level up my characters anymore?
You can't level them past your player rank.

How do bind my account?

Passwords are one time only and must consist of one capital letter or more and numbers. Verify that the password went through before clearing.
Binding to Google or Facebook is more permanent but note that logging in with google games will NOT save your account so make sure to bind it by clicking on the button in here.

What is the highest rarity?
*3 as of now, you can use Memory Pieces to rank up cards of all rarities up to *5.

How do I refill stamina?
Past a certain rank will require to use jewels to refill, other than that, you can get stamina from furniture in the Guild House and from sending a good job to clan members once a day. .

You can also get 120 stamina for 40 crystals 3 times a day. This deal is really worth it since it bridges the gap between levels and almost necessary if you want to get anywhere at a decent speed.

How do I farm jewels?
Clearing quests with 3 stars (all of your members have to be alive by the end of the quest), daily missions, login bonuses, ranking high in Battle Arena, reading through stories. Basically nearly everything gives jewels so just do everything.

What's the difference in normal and hard mode in quests?
Progressing through normal mode unlocks the main story, hard mode is where you can get Memory Pieces for certain characters.

How can I change who goes front/middle/back during battle?
You can't change it, characters are categorized by their positions in battle. There's an icon that indicates who's what.

A clan is a team of players you can join or make for special battles and benefits.

Is Arena an infinite source of jewels?
No. You get crystals for setting new personal records so if you get up to rank 7000, you'll recieve gems for every rank you climbed on your way to the new record but if you get bumped down and climb back there, you wont get any gems for doing it again.

Do I lose out on stats by not upgrading my items before a rank up?
No, there's no way to permanently mess up a character if you're worried about that.
If you upgrade all your items and rank up then you'll lose the bonus stats that came from starring which might be a bother if you dont have any of the new rank items ready but you'll soon get them back and more after slotting in a couple items for your new rank.
