"HELP ESSAY"

Today people hold divergent opinions as to whether we should help people abroad or we should concentrate only on our local troubles.
Despite the fact, that both sides have valid arguments, I believe that we should try to help as many people as possible.

On one side of the scale, it is highly important to support people in our surrounding community, that are in dire straits.
To be more specific, there is ample evidence to suggest, that there are impoverished or disadvantaged people, who need our help, for instance in a material way, even in wealthiest countries.
A prime example of this is the life in New York, which is like a skyscraper - the poor are at the rock bottom, while the rich and famous are at the top.
Despite the fact, that New York is the city of very rich people, almost on every street you can meet refugees, that are grasping at straws in order to get a piece of bread.
Thus, it is undeniable, that there are people in hot water surrounding us, and our help to them is said to contribute to the well-being of all societies around us.

On the other side of the scale, we should not only help local people but also support those, who live beyond our national borders, that live from hand to mouth.
In other words, in some countries, people face very serious troubles, such as hunger and different diseases, while these problems are overcomeable enough for us.
A prime example of this is the population of Africa, that suffers from various illnesses, whereas most of them are curable.
Thus, even a small donation is said to contribute to the ability to rescue people, as a result of which a lot of lives will be rescued.

In conclusion, under no circumstances can be denied, that we can not save all lives in the world, but were we to help people, drown in poverty, it would save a lot of lives and that's why I believe, that national boundaries should be neglected.

"RATES OF CAR THEFT AND BURGLARY"

While the following bar graph demonstrates the rate of different types of robbery, the line graph shows the number of lawbreakers in Mexico from 1995 to 2010.
Overall, considering that the rate of car theft witnessed a downward trend, the number of burglaries was subject to a sharp increase, whereas female and male criminals saw a decline and rise respectively.

As reported by the graph, the number of car thefts took a line share, with the figure up to 2 times higher, than the rate of burglary in 1995, reaching just over 40 thousand thefts, whilst the number of burglaries was a bit more than 20 thousand thefts.

First, having seen a slight decrease in a period of 5 years, with the figure decreasing from just over 4 0thousands to approximately 35 thousands types, a period of the plateau was recorded in the rate of car thefts from 2000 to 2005. Then, the number of car robbery was subject to slight fall, where the figure dwindled to 20 thousand thefts.
As regards burglary saw a sharp increase, which means, that the figure jumped 3 times from just over 20 thousand to 70 thousands thefts.

In terms of gender thefts in 1995, the number of male criminals prevailed the rate of female criminals, with 30 thousand and 20 thousand lawbreakers respectively.

Firstly, despite the fact, that male illegals saw a period of stability in a decade, a significant increase was recorded in the number of corrupts till 2010, where the figure increased from 30000 to 80000 criminals, which is up to 2.5 times higher than the starting point.
Finally, after the number of females illegals witnessed an upward trend, increasing from 20 thousand to approximately 35 thousand until 2005, the number of female criminals plunged by half in a period of 5 years.

All in all, inasmuch as the number of burglaries prevailed car thefts, males break the law much more than females.
