- Description: The trio approached Timothy and a friend as they were walking back to campus after drinking at a bar and demanded his cellphone. A fight ensued, and Timothy was punched in the head, causing him to fall down and strike his head on the ground. His body was found in the parking lot of a nearby auto repair shop.
