Note that only order values of £140 and under have been tested as this is strictly a personal method I use but it could work with higher values. This method works fastest on PayPal (Instant) but it also works with other payment types but may take a little longer.

1) Make your order on GFUEL's online store, keeping your order total below £140.

2) Wait for your order to arrive then wait 2-3 days.

3) Contact PayPal support by opening a case in the resolution center or contact GFUEL support on site if you paid without paypal and say nothing has arrived (DNA) and that you want your money back.

4) On PayPal they will just give you their apologies, refund you and then close the case. With other payment types they may ask you to wait whilst they investigate the issue and then will get back to you within a few days and refund you.
