\subsection{Pfizer Position}
Since \textbf{February 2011} in the \textbf{Regional Oncology team} my goal is to accelerate  access to treatment for patients. It represents not only reimbursement discussions but in a broader way facilitating access to treatments. I manage this in close collaboration with the leadership team, the CPTs, the regional medical teams, the country colleagues and our global access colleagues. Thanks to this complex matrix scheme I got a hands on experience on managing complex situations.
