Okay, did the Doctor just commit genocide? Because it feels like she just committed genocide?

Also, the final speech from the Doctor was ham-fisted and not exactly correct. History doesn't leave Tesla behind at all, and it reminded me of the ending of Rosa in a very bad way.

Overall it was like a solid 7/10 but if it aired in the Moffat era or RTD era I don't think I would have enjoyed it nearly as much.
