snowhead bomb route:
long jump is 1, elevator costs 1 OR 4 if we sub in 3 bombs, 2 long jumps, 2 for sot, 1 for long jump, 3 for bridge hover, 1 for upstairs, 2 to get to goht

1 + 2 + 2 + 1 + 3 + 1 + 2 = 12 (15 if we use 3 bombs in elevator)
we enter snowhead with 2 bombs, need 15 total

if we skip: 1 bomb usage on twin island (just do tektite recoil), 1 bomb to get to mikau, and can do sign/banker isg + 10 chus for hidden owl to save a bomb. This saves 3 bombs meaning we'd enter snowhead with 5 bombs and we'd need 15 bombs. (never should have done recoil to mikau to begin with b/c you can't make better cycle)

54 - 38 = 16, wf bk skip prob loses less than 10s and subbing in bombs prob loses less than 16s, so 11 prob saves 20s compared to 1, but humans probably won't play this well. Assume human needs extra bomb drop and subs in an extra bomb, then human loses maybe another 12s, still maybe 8s faster?
