  52. Fuu, a waitress who works in a teahouse, rescues two master swordsmen, Mugen and Jin, from their execution to help her find the "samurai who smells of sunflowers."
  53. This anime tells the obscure story of 2 samurai bound to a girl on a quest for a samurai who smells of sunflowers. She constantly conceals her motiviation for doing so.<br/><br/>The comedy element in this anime is excellent. A deliberate pairing comparable to Spike and Jet in cowboy beebop exists with one vagabond samurai and one honorable samurai. Both samurai have a completely contrasting fighting style which makes for great action scenes and simultaneous plots (where one is fighting on one side of a city and another is fighting on the other).<br/><br/>Similar plot style to cowboy beebop, via meetings with people from their past, both characters pasts are slowly revealed with a clear direction toward finding the samurai who smells of sunflowers. There&#39;s a constant struggle to find the basic necessities like food and a real feel to the plot as opposed to anime where you&#39;re left wondering if they&#39;ve gone six months without a shower or a bath.<br/><br/>As i said, best anime i&#39;ve ever scene, hilarious :D

Good music once again,great character design especially the lead males while the female is a black and white girl.The story telling lets it down,gets slow in the first 12 episodes and the plot given to stick together the things would have better not been given as its touched at times and results in exasperation for characters as well as us.The remaining 13 are interesting and range from good to very good.Yeah beautiful animation as well...Did well to keep it to 25 episodes and creatively takes history and mixes it fictionally but does not achieve any thing with it and hence turns out to be a kill time anime more than anything else.
