I'm using site5 from past few years but I don't find any difficulties on that. This is affordable and suitable for PBN too.
Cheap shared across different providers. I have good experience using $6-12/year hostings but you will find some that keep down so at first weeding out is necessary.

Dude, avoid any host anyone recommends you. If there are many persons using a specific host for PBNs so its easier to google flag it. Go to the blue ocean man, forget the red ones.
