Holy 1 - Gaining the seals

[02:03] Renly looks around carefully.. It seemed to be the place.

"I'm just looking for any methods on getting rid of occult seals .. you know, cleansing.." He declared.

He looks around, turning and turning.. It didn't seem like there were many texts in the main hall. "Is there a library anywhere?"

[02:04] Xyth says, "Um I dont know the layout to much, but Im sure its to the right hall all the way"
[02:09] The Stellus would look up from a book that he was reading.

"Cleansing occultism is difficult. I do not know a way to do it other then having a specialized excorcist, like myself. I could do it, if an occultist is running rampant and they are brought in."

[02:10] Renly turns to Romani.. He doesn't smile, as he doesn't have a great opinion of the man, but this was an issue of the greater good..

"Well, I'm training to become one myself. It's not a strong one..

It might just be something playing tricks on me, because my uncle Finn can't even see it, but I know it's there. My friends saw it too. I'm thinking if I learn holy magic I can just.. bust it open. It's a door in my treehouse!"

[02:10] Renly asks, "Kofe. Does Cassius usually just. Lay like a corpse in water?"
[02:10] Kofe says, "Yes."
[02:10] Renly says, "He's in my house right now. Doing that. Free-floating--okay."
[02:10] Kofe says, "He can breathe underwater."
[02:11] Ophelia Montclaire says, ".... Oh. I made his crown."
[02:11] Kofe says, "That's what I expect of him, at least."
[02:11] Kofe asks, "Have you?"
[02:12] Kofe says, "You probably were used to working with the material."
[02:12] Kofe says, "A Master Crabcrafter."
[02:12] The Stellus would stare at Renley for a few moments.

"I will say it is extremely difficult to do even beginning purging. I recommend studying holy magic, and gaining advanced techniques in it, and through that your ability to wield the mana required for exorcism will grow."

"And.. They can not see the occultist running rampant, or they can not see something else?" Romani would question with a faint cant of his head.

[02:14] Ophelia Montclaire says, "...."
[02:18] "Soo.. It's like.."

He hobbles over, stepping closer, pacing as he tries to retell the story.

"So, there's this fireplace in my house.. And it's not real, the wood is definitely plastic, I tried to eat it once, and under it is this red, evil mark. IT even feels gross.. But it's not intoxicating?"

He shrugs. It was hard to say that something felt 'weak' but still imposing.

"... So, I showed uncle Finn, and he can't even see anything. Weirdest thing is that it starts to laugh at me. Has a face and it's laughing..

… Then it plays the piano? So, just for context.. this house was owned by the witch Annabelle Lockwood," he declared with.. the strangest, casual tone ever.

"I'm going to explore it soon, but if there's a way to cleanse the mark or something so it stops burning when I touch it, that would be cool.... Otherwise I'm gonna shoot an arrow at it."

Renly always dreamed of having a crawlspace and Aschea-be-damned if he would let the late Supreme take that from him.

[02:23] Romani would quirk a brow at what he was told. A plastic fireplace, trying to eat it, an evil red mark, a gross feeling?

It would all lead to the Stellus blinking a few times in confusion. However, ultimately, Romani would begin to draw paper from within his coat. Upon the paper, sigils would be inscribed, holy magic leaving behind the marks which would be left behind on the paper.

Following the creation of these holy marks, the seals would be extended to Renly.

"If it is an exorcism of a person, you would require an experienced excorsist. Depending on how infested this place is, however, these seals may work. They may assist with the dampening of the occultic power of spirits that may reside there, refusing to rest."

"There does run that problem, of spirits that linger too long with occultism and anguish becoming things like the Wraith of Barsburg or evil spirits."

[02:24] Ophelia just waited patiently for Romani!

[02:25] Kofe says, "Exorcism isn't the only answer, either."
[02:25] Romani Montclaire says, "They specifically asked for exorcism, Kofe."
[02:26] He grins as Romani begins to write down incantations, unsealing marks, and holy charms or something on the papers for him.. Perfect.

"..oh! Awesome!"

He wants to tell Romani that he might not be as much of an airhead as he thought he was, but a better part of his judgement tells him it is definitely the other two horndogs at the heads of the Triumvirate..

"..I'm gonna study these too so I can make more, maybe.." He nodded. Yes. Perfect..

"..oh, right. So, I should use this to dampen the occultic marks and stuff, so I can deal with it properly.

Thanks!"

He puts them into his pocket. Something might tell Romani that he definitely struggled to pay attention to those last parts..

[02:30] There was no guarantee that it would work, but if the symbols brought even the slightest hint of easier success, it was better to offer them. The last of the marks had been, and the papers distributed before the Stellus would give a nod.

"Feel free to do so. These ones, in particular, are more celestialism in origin, however they may be Aschean holy symbols that you may also take an interest in, and being able to replicate holy seals is a good thing, regardless."

The Stellus assured.

"Dampen the occultism with that, and you should have a much easier time. If it is weak you may even be able to seal it entirely, but by the sound of it, it will be a bit more difficult then that."

"You are welcome. And may your path be bright."

[02:38] Renly nodded to himself as he shoved the last mark into his pocket.. They would help him unseal the woman's power, her witchcraft.. Her evil machinations...

"Okay! Thank you!"

Renly then turned on his heel.

"Thank yoooou!!!"

He continued on his way out, finally. He had a witch's evil curse to break.
