it unlocks many cool features!
- 1. Created multiple new features and completed projects, always before deadlines and, more commonly, with plenty of time to spare for improvements, and fixes throughout the application.
- 2. I was consistent and motivated to complete all of the tasks I was given while also being proactive in offering potential improvements and efficiencies.
- 3. I always had a well understanding of what I was doing and why I was doing it which allowed me to explain and/or document how to use and test new features I created.
- 4. My outlook on the work I was doing involved not only getting the job done but also with ease of use and reusability in mind. Whenever possible, I made sure that my creations could potentially be used by all of the engineers throughout Houzz.
- 5. I always stayed up to date with my teammates to increase productivity by making sure we were all in sync.
- 6. I quickly become accustomed to the Houzz work/development environment, being able to troubleshoot and fix problems within my second day of employment.
- 7. Whenever I was notified by a problem, I always made sure to deliver the quickest solution possible, then continued to evaluate the issue and make sure there was nothing similar.
- 8. I actively explored incoming projects. For example with Houzz-UI, currently in development and not ready for use, I learned about what was being done and experimented with the new tools in order to quickly adopt them when the time came.
- 9. I actively contributed in team conversations in order to make sure we laid out plenty of possible solutions before finalizing a decision.
- 10. Along with creating new features, I improved on existing features. As more features come in and new technologies start being used, it was important for me to work towards keeping a consistency throughout the work we were doing.
