- I kid you not. It's no coincidence. By implying positive/good progressive reforms in Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, heck even Singapore and Malaysia (which have significant Chinese populations and Chinese culture), these countries do pretty well. East Asians with higher average IQ outperformed all other Asians.
