Small DKR update concerning tournaments for 2019

In short, im still not exactly sure when the time trial tournament is going to happen. However, it is pretty much locked in at this point in terms of it happening and being restreamed on some channel. It is basicly a matter of knowing if it will be in march or may

That being said, in the mean time, i have written down the rules of the time trial tournament. They can be found here:

Also 2 things to note:
First, seeding will be done with the overwall combined average finish on DKR64.com. You can find the rankings here: https://www.dkr64.com/average-finish/combined/combined
Second, this one is more of a reminder but, you will need to be able to stream with capture card quality to enter the big tourney that will be streamed. So if you are planning on entering, you will need to get the equipement to do so. If you need help, just ask for it in the discord!

As for now, we have 2 options: either do a small tourney of either ATR or time trials now until big tourney or wait for the big one and do an ATR later down the year (which im working to also get streamed on the same channel). We could have some other stuff aswell like relays or something but thats all that i have planned for now. If you guys have any suggestions, feel free to express them in the discord
