  8. Dexterity: 3
  9.

  11. Fellowship: 1

  13.

  22. Weaponry: 2
  23. Deceive: 1
  24. Command: 2
  25. Persuasion: 1
  26. Arcana: 2
  27. Crafts: 4
  28. Tech Use: 4
  29.
  30. Specializations:
  31. Intelligence: Drone Maintance
  32. Crafts: Promethian Repairs
  33. Tech Use: Drone Customization
  34.
  35. Special Rule: Drone Creation - Marcus makes a Tech-Use test on a Construct-type Monster (TN equal to the monster's Level*5) that is either in the deck or in the Discard pile. Success means he is able to bring that Monster back as his Ally. As long as this Ally is active on the field, Marcus makes attacks using either his own or his Ally's Diepool. Multiple Raises improves the characteristics of the Monster: For every Raise, Marcus can distribute Customization Points to either the Attack Diepools (one Unkept die/Raise), Monster Armor (+1 AP in one area/Raise, or 1 AP in all Areas/3 Raises), or Wounds (+1 Wound/2 Raises). Marcus can use this ability as many times as he likes, as long as the number of Allies does not exceed 2, and can repair these Allies as if he were repairing a Promethian.
  36.
  37. Special Rule: Drone Defence - If Marcus has at least one Drone Ally, and either he or a nearby Player Character is targetted by an enemy's attack, Marcus can use one of his Drones to block the enemy's attack, forcing the enemy to compare his Attack Roll to his Drone's Static Defence instead. If the Enemy's attack still hits, the Drone takes all Wounds from the attack instead of the intended character.
  38.
  39. Special Rule: Social Ineptude - Marcus has a hard time interacting with fellow Mortals and often really feels out of place around them. Marcus takes the Disquiet Penalty as if he were a Promethian on all Mortals excluding those of his family. (This rule is ignored if he becomes Exalted for any reason, excluding if he becomes a Promethian)
  40.
  41. Special Rule: Family Bond - Aera and Marcus are Blood Related to one another and can deal with each other despite Marcus' unwillingness to deal with other Mortals. As long as Aera is alive, Marcus can ignore "Social Ineptude". If Aera is killed in battle, Marcus takes a -1k0 modifier to all Tests.
  42.
  43. Special Rule: Magic Blooded - Marcus' origins gives him special Resistance to magic: If at any time Marcus is forced to make a Saving Throw for any reason, he can reroll the Save, taking the second Result. If he is Exalted for any reason, this Reroll is taken at +2k1.

  73. Charisma: Convincing the ladies
  74. Brawl: Martial Arts
  75. Charm: Dealing with Women
  76.
  77. Special Rule: "Hey Asshole! Over here!" - For some reason, Seiji's aura of Charisma is so great, that every enemy has the urge to strike him instead of the more threatening Magical Girls. If any Player Character is attacked, and Seiji is nearby, the enemy must test Willpower (TN equal to Seiji's Charisma*5) or be forced to change its' attack target to him, with the rest of the attack being resolved as normal.

  117.
  118. Special Rule: The Philospher's Stone - Unlike other Promethians, Miyuki's Pyros Reactor can generate a fully solid and working Philospher's Stone. If Miyuki generates so much Pyros that it exceeds her limit, she can materize the excess energy into a Stone to be used as a Reserve Store, or extracted from her as a potent Magic Focus. If a character passes a Tech Use Test (TN equal to Miyuki's Generation*5) with at least 1 Raise, that character can extract the stone from her body (causing her to lose an equal number of Pyros from Miyuki's stock equal to the number Raises on this check). Characters that carry a Philospher's Stone get an extra Unkept dice on their Focus Check for every Pyros stored on the Stone, and can be used in place of the standard Focus required for some spells. However, should a Psychic Pheonmia is triggered, the Character must roll twice on the Psychic Phenomia table and must accept both rolls. For every 5 Pyros over the limit, Miyuki takes 1 Impact Wound to the Gizzards that cannot be mitigated under any circumstances, triggered at the start of her turn.
  119.
  120. Special Rule: Hibimaru's Hope - Miyuki has a special connection to Marcus and Aera Hibimaru, and can ignore the Disquiet penality in Social situlations involving those three characters.

If Marcus is killed in battle for any reason, Aera takes a -2k0 Modifier on all tests, losing her drive to Adventure.
