- No matter what, there's a very low chance of having both PSI shield and quick up by level 18, it's just purely RNG, so hope for the best. You may need to grind a bit more like how I do in my safety route.
- Also, you can kinda "manip" your turn to go first vs Gyiyg by also waiting a second there before selecting PSI shield, but it's pretty inconsistent.
