[u][b]Personality:[/b][/u] Sorin is a bit of a stoic.  He does talk normally but he keeps his emotions to himself unless he is around people he really trusts.  He keeps himself calm and focused most of the time.  When he is around people he trusts he lowers his mask and shows a lot more emotions.  Sorin can joke around with the only indication that he is joking is a small smirk.  Sorin tends to enjoy fights but he prefers friendly spars with friends rather than life or death battles.

Sorin has a bit of problem bottling up his feelings and pushing away others when they try to help him.  Even with close friends and family it takes him a whole to open up and let it all out.  He is incredibly protective of his friends and family, quickly moving to defend them when they get in danger.  As a part of that Sorin considers being an Interference a guardian of the various worlds and takes that role very seriously.  He has some trouble empathizing with others who aren't so willing to take up the role or want to go home.

In battles Sorin does his best to avoid killing human or other sentient enemies.  Mindless enemies like Heartless or most Nobodies and the like Sorin has no problems killing.  However Sorin does have a limit and when someone shows that they are too dangerous to others, Sorin will try to end their lives whenever he gets the chance.  Sorin prefers to battle enemies face to face and treats them with as much respect as he thinks they deserve.

[u][b]Powers:[/b][/u] Sorin's main power is Earthshine.  Earthshine is represented by a glow of light that gives off smoke as it shines. It's one of those perfect, yet seperate, mixtures of light and darkness; though it leans more toward the light side of things.

Spell List:

-Eclipse: Reflect-like spell; a Grey, semi-transparent barrier surrounds the caster and blocks any attacks. It then redirects the energy back at 2x the damage in the Dark Element.

-Aurora: Light element spell; a multicolored vortex that is draws enemies into it for moderate damage.

-Solar Flare: A weapon related spell; the user’s weapon becomes super heated and sends out whips of super hot energy each swing.

-Full Moon: Cure Spell; supernatural moonlight shines on the user and his allies, expends all magic.

-Solar Wind: Level up of Solar Flare; the user’s weapon is super heated and a blade of super hot energy can be sent out when it’s slashed. Limited to one blade at a time.

-Moonfire: Bolt of light magic falls on target and then deals minor damage over time.

-Atmospheric Haze: The caster is surrounded by a translucent barrier that distorts their image; make their position difficult to pin down. Magic can still connect, but they are difficult to hit with physical attacks.

-Enrise: The caster makes a fist with one of their hands held up diagonally across their chest. Then, by swinging it out in front of them, a gust of powerful winds are thrown at the opponent, sending them flying.

-Parallax: The magic is channeled into the user; allowing speed that, for just a second, allows the user to be in two places at once.

-Solar Storm: Highest level of Solar Flare; the user’s blade is superheated and, when slashed, sends out multiple blades of super hot energy. Consumes about half the user’s magic.

-Bishop's Ring: A magic-proof sphere appears around a target. Nothing magical can get in or out as long as the spell is consciously active.

-Cataclysm: The user summons light energy into their weapon and stabs into the target as dark energy flows in blade; resulting in an Ultima level explosion. Consumes all Magic and damages the user as well as any allies near the target.

[u][b]Abilities:[/b][/u] Sorin is an incredibly skilled swordsman.  Sorin has his own style which he created himself with using both his sword and a katar at the same time.  It is rather balanced with strength and speed but it does have a bit of a lean toward speed.  Sorin is rather quick himself which he uses the try and overwhelm his enemies with a flurry of attacks, while using his Earthshine along with his blade attacks.  The style is focused on keeping up on offense with aggressive attacks though the two weapon style does lend itself to being defensive when he has to be.

Sorin has a talent of keeping track of fast moving with his eyes.  He is able to see fast attacks or opponents but his body is not always fast enough to keep up with his eyes.  This still gives him a small advantage when dealing with such things.

    [u][b]Appearance:[/b][/u] Sorin is on the tall side at about 6'1 and with a bit of a skinny build.  He has short spiky dark brown hair and brown eyes.  He wears a red t-shirt and a pair of jeans.  He wears a pair of tennis shoes and has a pair of black gloves on his hands.  He also has a pair of fake dog tags around his neck.  Sorin has a simple brown satchel at his waist.

[u][b]Weapons:[/b][/u] Sorin has two weapons.  The first is his katana, Battosai, which he had since his Awakening.  It is a simple katana with a black blade.  The blade has no power to it other than it being pretty much unbreakable.  His second weapon is the katar, the Chaos Seal.  The Chaos Seal is a katar with a green blade which was given to him by his friend Derest when he died.  The Chaos Seal like its name implies was created to fight against Chaotic beings.

[u][b]Equipment:[/b][/u] Sorin has a satchel which has been enchanted with hammer space to let him hold his supplies.

[u][b]History:[/b][/u] Sorin doesn't really know his parents as they died when he was very young.  He was sent to live with a foster family, the Mireu's for most of his life.  He was the oldest out of the three siblings though he was only a few months older than Pyro.  He tried to look after Pyro and Jess as much as he could as he considered them family even though he had trouble accepting the rest of the Mireu's as family and that place as home.  In high school he met a girl named Shiori Makino and feel for her.  The two got close until one day Sorin found that Shiori killed herself.

After her death Sorin closed himself off from the others, keeping himself to his room playing games until he became a Interference.  One of the first few people he met was Jake "Derest" Dereston.  Sorin found himself finding that Derest was quickly becoming a trusted friend who Sorin helped out easily with a vampire problem.  It was around this time he found that Pyro became an Interference as well.  Seeing Pyro was here Sorin wanted to keep an eye out for Jessica seeing as she could act even more reckless than Pyro.
