Colors: Average around 16~19 in terms of level or CR


Grade 9: CR 1/2~1 (Levels 2~3)
Grade 8: CR 1~2 (Levels 3~4)
Grade 7: CR 3~4  (Levels 5~6)
Grade 6: CR 5~6 (Levels 7~8)
Grade 5: CR 7~8 (Levels 9~10)

Urban Nightmare syndicates are similar to Finger Syndicates in that they have similar CR Ranges, but are usually limited due to them often being born out of a specific nest's culture.
