Proxy Voting latest november leaked official 2013

Easy Voting on RSPS servers... by: Hacker on Arrav. I'm 1337.

1. Go to  http://www.mediafire.com/?z9n66cj7abnp0va
2. Scroll a bit down and have only the following features selected:
"United States"
"All Ports"
"HTTP and HTTPS" (de-select SOCKS4/5)
"Anonymity levels: High and High +KA"
"Planet Lab: Include"
"Speed: Fast"
"Connection Time: Fast"

3. Press "Update Results"
4. You should now get a list. Copy the First IP and Port onto a piece of paper.
5. Now you need to make your browser use the proxy. In Firefox, go to:
Tools> Options> Advanced> Network
You should see something called "Connection: Configure how Firefox Connects to the Web"
Click on "Settings"
6. Now you will input the proxy into the browser.
Under Configure Proxies to Access the Internet, select "Manual Proxy Configuration:"
In the HTTP Proxy Box, input the proxy, but not the Port.
Then to the right is the Port Box... input the Port.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to select "Use this proxy server for all protocols"
Now press "OK"
7. You are now configured to use this proxy.
8. Go to voting site... In Arrav's case, http://vote.arrav.com/index.php
9. Click on every voting site, except for Runelocus (they have proxies patched).
Do whatever each website requires and go back to the Arrav voting site.
Click "Get Auth Code" for each voting site and Copy-Paste the code into Notepad.
10. Once in-game, do this command to get your money: "::auth [code-here]"
Example: ::auth 109adfj039
