  1. I'm going anonymous cuz I don't wanna get in trouble at work.
  2.
  3. First of all, Dominos hasn't had a thirty minute guarantee in a decades. People would intentionally wreck into drivers and try to sue the company on the basis that they were speeding to bring an order on time.
  4.
  5. Dominos does, however, have a pizza tracker.
  6.
  7. I do not recommend believing the tracker on weekends. In most stores, at least in my area, the tracker begins to get way off after delivery time hits about an hour. The store has no control over this as the systems automatic and the Dominos website isn't controlled by a specific franchise.
  8.
  9. I, personally, havnt heard the rule that dominos can't give credits. My store does fairly often. If your order is super late and you call in, whoever answers will deeply apologize and offer to either remake the order or give you a credit for a little bit more than the price of the pizza. They are also supposed to offer something extra, such as a coke or marble cookie brownie. That being said, don't lie. We can see the exact time your order was placed.

  11. When the time gets super high, we try to call online orders to tell them how long it will actually be. The problem is that by the time it gets that busy, calling everyone back isn't very possible or practical. If you do want the order remade, you should be aware ahead of time that it will probably take just as long as the origional order. The most common causes of a long delivery time seen to be under staffing and share business. If that's the case, there isn't much we can physically do about it.
