Knight-of-the-Line (Blackguard):'Pietre Verdun'. A supremely gifted swordsman with his own twisted sense of honour. Duels at the drop of a hat.
Trooper: 'Caroline Schuster'. Her jokes can be as unseemly as her facial burns. A bit lippy, but her dark humour is essential.
Trooper: 'Vendis Durvano'. A pirate without a ship. A bad gambler and a worse drinker, he blames his lot on the landlubber life.
Trooper: 'Smiles-at-Dice'. A Wildborn, genderless, large and stoic. Smiles enjoys little apart from counting and guessing the odds.
Trooper: 'Nissar Belhamun'. An escaped slave, his grasp on magic is as unreliable as his handle on the common tongue.
Subaltern: 'Kid'. The androgynous new recruit that owes you their life. A mute, they carry the Black Banner and try not to get trampled underfoot.

Companion Quests:

-Knight-of-the-Line 'Mask': "The Song of My People". Alone and undisturbed, play the Erhu for Mask.
