Sharp's Final Thoughts on Naz

These are my final thoughts on Naz before I go. I really didn't want to post them more publicly but nothing has happened. Take them how you want them.

Naz seems like a good guy. I dislike him greatly because of his actions not just on the server, but the way he acts among other things. Some examples of these things are:
- Never getting on
- Never running tryouts for his regiment
- Never running recon training/test
- Always being a jerk

So here are the what I think he should be demoted from and why:

Staff - I have seen Naz on two-three times since he has gotten staff. In this time I have not seen him do anything that a staff should do like helping out players, running sims, dealing with staff situations, etc. And for that final one he hasn't done it due to his activity and never being on when something has happened.

CO - In at least the last two months, I haven't seen Naz run any tryouts. While he might have ran them at least once, besides that I have not seen Naz attempt to revive his regiment at all (at least in the last two months).

Head Recon Trainer (or trainer at all) - In the past two months, I've seen three recon trainings by Naz (one of which I was in). In the first one (which was the one I was in), he never taught us anything and it was basically a test. If you are going to be training troopers you need to tell them shit before you throw them into a test.

The other two were done when everyone was busy in other trainings. While this may not be true, you can use common sense and tell that this was probably done then because no one would come because they were all busy.

Just a quick rebuttal to Naz, you might say "Oh I have work so I'm too busy to get on". If you are too busy to dedicate yourself, why are you dedicating yourself? It's just hurting the server.
