I was able to use that time just now to avoid White's sword, and now, I will be able to use the "twisted time" whenever I want to. White I can always regenerate my left arm whenever as it has the watch, but anywhere else and I wouldn't be able to regenerate it.
Since it's been 4 or 5 minutes since my left arm got cut by him, I will be able to twist his time for that much at least.
