- Reship shipping label needs to be in the data provided by the support. If the sender data is incorrect we will not accept the label.
- We only allow domestic reshipping, sending international labels are forbidden.
- We are not responsible for lost or missing packages before or after delivery.
- We are not responsible if drops steal your packages.
- Compensation for stolen or lost packages is only up to the reship fee of $70 USD
- Payment for sold items only takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays, at the latest, 96h after delivery to our warehouse.
