**Why do you want to be staff?** I want to be manager on SpiritMC as it has an awesome potentional due to the active community, friendly people, and the way the server is generally set out. I feel I can help SpiritMC by making more people join, improving the server generally (whether that be playing, getting new staff etc.).
**How can you improve the server?** To improve the server I can advertise, which a manager should do. Be online 4+ hours weekdays and 8+ weekends. - I can also add to the welcoming staff.
**Why should we pick you over other applicants?** You should pick me over other applicants because I have 4 years experience on servers, and minecraft in general. I have the ability to call my self professional manager and staff, which can be seen in a few places. And I've worked on many servers in the past. I've also owned my own, all making profit.
Have you had any previous experience in any type of moderation? If So, Explain. I've moderated and administrated many servers, some have released, and we really good, and some I was just staff until they closed without being released. But my main experience is owning servers, most people can't say they've owned servers with profit, and all servers I've owned have been popular with an excellent playbase.
**Do you play on any other servers?** I sometimes play on Hypixel.
**Ban Record:** I've never been banned on SpiritMC, nor on any other servers.
**What qualities should good staff members have?** Good staff members should be friendly, helpful, inviting. And have a good manner about themselves, being able to chat, help, and generally be friendly to every single member that joins the server, no matter how they like them.
**If you was in a situation that you didn't know how to handle what would you do?** Well, just calming the situation is always a good start, the first think I wouldn't do is to go and leave them, I'd make sure I'd at least talked with someone of a higher ranking, or calmed the situation down somewhat.
**How much time can you dedicate to SpiritMc?** I'm very passionate about the servers I work on, especially good servers. - So I can spend at least 4 hours on SpiritMC every weekday, and usually 8+ on weekends. (Sometimes this may change; holidays, day outs, shopping)
**Do you have the ability to record?** Yes, I use OBS to record.
**How long have you been playing Minecraft?** 4 years.
