Bill to Ban Disney from Missouri

An Act to Revoke Disney's Business Registrations, Incorporations, Licenses, and Permits in Missouri and to Protect Children from Harmful Practices

Section 1. Definitions.
For the purposes of this Act, the following terms shall have the meanings given to them:
(a) "Disney" means The Walt Disney Company and all its subsidiaries and affiliates.
(b) "Business registrations" means any registration, authorization, or permit issued by the state of Missouri to allow Disney to conduct business.
(c) "Incorporation" means the legal process of forming a corporation or LLC.
(d) "Business licenses" means any authorization or permit issued by any local or state agency in Missouri to allow Disney to operate its business.
(e) "Permits" means any authorization or permit issued by any local or state agency in Missouri to allow Disney to use public or private property or resources in its operations.
(f) "Harmful practices" means any activity, practice, or promotion that encourages and contributes to gender dysphoria and the destabilization of the gender identity of children.

Section 2. Revocation of Business Registrations, Incorporations, Licenses, and Permits.
(a) All business registrations, incorporations, business licenses, and permits issued to Disney and its subsidiaries and affiliates in the state of Missouri are hereby revoked.
(b) The revocation of business registrations, incorporations, business licenses, and permits is due to the fact that Disney has been promoting and normalizing harmful practices that encourage gender confusion and contribute to the destabilization of the gender identity of children.
(c) Disney and its subsidiaries and affiliates shall have sixty (60) days from the effective date of this Act to cease all business operations in the state of Missouri.
(d) Any person or entity that provides assistance to Disney or its subsidiaries and affiliates in conducting business operations in Missouri after the effective date of this Act shall be subject to fines and penalties as provided by Missouri law.

Section 3. Protection of Children.
(a) The promotion of harmful practices that encourage gender dysphoria and the destabilization of the gender identity of children is a serious concern for the state of Missouri.
(b) The state of Missouri shall take all necessary steps to protect children from the negative effects of these harmful practices.
(c) Any person or entity that engages in the promotion of harmful practices that encourage gender dysphoria and the destabilization of the gender identity of children shall be subject to fines and penalties as provided by Missouri law.

Section 4. Effective Date.
This Act shall become effective immediately upon its passage and approval by the Governor.
