Ooc// blarg, I'm going to use my first underpowered character! Lol.

Name: Rashell

Gender: Female (All of my males need a counter ballance)

Appearance: She's tall and slender much akin to her father Drou. Unlike her father her wings are a glistening white and have a rainbow hue in the membrane. No one knows exactly why the furry dragon wings are different for everyone but they are. How exactly she is Drous child no one quite knows, all she knows is that she didn't come with any of his mind boggleing strength. Compared to a human she is quite ferocious looking. A full seven feet tall, glistening white fangs and lion like muzzle with goat horns out the top of her head. A long reptilian tail extends from under her skirt. The tail is capable of things that would normaly require thumbs so keep an eye on it. Her fur is a glistening white and her eyes are a beautiful blue. She is relatively average in shape but a pair of glasses resting on her nose sell the image.   She has hooves and her hands are more akin to paws but she does have thumbs, and they have large dragon like claws sticking out the ends.



Personality: Unlike her father she is level headed and very much not about angering people. She is patient and kind but more then willing to punch you if you do get on her nerves.  She is calcuating and brutal when it comes to her enemies, though she is stronger then your average human (and some anthros) she prefers to use her wits in battle then use her physical strength.



Weapons: A delicate and very expensive Rapier crafted by her fathers loving paws.  It is a gold hilt with folded steel giving it surprisingly little weight while making it very robust.



History: Not much is known of this interdemnsional impossibility but she exsists anyway. (Aka no plot baggage! )



Magic: Phonic Hymns, she has a unique power to use her singing (or any other sound really) and use it to cast various effects. Ranging from explosive blasts to buffs and heals for her allies. Though they take time to perform and are draining they are usefull in a pinch!)



Inteligence: She is a walking dictionary and encylopedia of random facts and knowledge. Her studious nature brings her countless hours of thinking, and makes her one of the sharpest minds around.
