Seville Blvd. Locotes was established in Los Santos in early 2019, as a result of immigtration from Los Mochis to San Andreas. A gang injuction in Guasave back in 2015 forced people out of their households, due to the dangerousness and unhealthy living conditions of the streets there. A rather big group of Mexicans gathered up on a trip to San Andreas, seeking for something better, than home itself.

More people on the younger ages found difficulties in the state, solely due to the horrible ammount of criminal organizations extorting their families workplaces, while adults were faced with low-paid jobs and fear. A smaller group exploited the power of the latinos in the States and decided to establish an organization, to help the poor and develop the Mexican culture within them.

The "Guasave Aztecas" was a small-time criminal set back in Los Mochis, which had a backstory of crime on their heads. Vandalism, Arson, Assault, Second and First Degree Murders, Firearms and Narcotics distrubtion, and much more. As the living conditions were getting worse and worse overtime, the group decided to step up and make their lives a lot easier, further establishing themselves in Seville Blvd.
