* @[Yugo] when we last left off, a mysterious person on a motorcycle unceremoniously crashed into a light pole after Yuya and Yuto were almost blinded. To Yuya's surprise, the person on the motorcycle had his face! The person in question looks around... before spotting Yuto.

<@[Yugo]> You!
* @Yuto glares over at him.
<@[Yugo]> I've been sent all over the place, trying to track you down again!
<@Yuto> You're him... the pawn of Fusion!
<Yuya> Eh?!
<@[Yugo]> It's "Yugo"! Not "pawn of fusion" or whatever!
<Yuya> Yugo...?
* @[Yugo] getting on his helmet, a determined look on his face.
<@[Yugo]> Nothing's going to stop us this time! I'm going to beat you and get back what you took from me!
<@[Yugo]> Duel me!
* @[Yugo] he says that as a declaration more than a request
<@Yuto> Fine. I accept!
* @Yuto lifts his arm up and his duel disk activates
* @[Yugo] you both hear a voice from his motorcycle. "Duel Mode, on. Auto-pilot, standby." As he revs up the engine.
* @[Yugo] and before Yuya even gets a chance to realize what's happening, Yugo's already taking off as though shot out of a cannon, heading straight for Yuto!
* @[Yugo] as he draws five cards from the deck holder on the bike itself!
* @Yuto quickly runs out of the way of the bike!
<@[Yugo]> I'll take the first strike and win! I control no monsters, so!
<@[Yugo]> Special summon! Speedroid Terrortop! (1200/600) *a line of tops appears before him after he places a card onto his dashboard screen, though the first one has blades attached*
<@[Yugo]> Next, I normal summon! Speedroid Tri-Eyed Dice! (300/1500) *a four-sided dice appears, a single eye on each of the three angled sides* I tune the level 3 Terrortop with the level 3 Tuner, Tri-Eyed Dice!
* @[Yugo] the monsters turn into stars and go through rings, as a great flash of light streaks out. "Cross-shaped magical sword, slice all your enemies with your power! Synchro Summon! Appear, Level 6 Hi-Speedroid Kendama!" (2200/1600)
* @[Yugo] if you've ever seen one of those ball and cup toys, it's... a bit like that, only repurposed into an airship!
<@[Yugo]> Effect activate! I banish Terrortop from my graveyard to inflict 500 points of damage to you! I set one card, and end my turn! *Terrortop vanishes from the graveyard, as a laser strikes through from Kendama, slicing through the ground and heading for Yuto*
* @Yuto runs and dives out of the way the best he can! (3500 LP)
* @[Yugo] meanwhile, Yugo keeps driving around, sometimes in circles, but it's obvious that he's aiming half the time for Yuto himself to keep him on his toes. ... he, ah. hasn't really acknowledged that Yuya's even there, so you might want to keep out of the way, too.
* Yuya is watching as Yugo is circling around on his bike, which Yuya recognizes as a D-Wheel. "I don't get it, isn't Fusion supposed to be Yuto's enemy? Why are these two dueling if Yugo uses Synchro? What's going on..."

* @Yuto draws and wastes no time in making his move.
<@Yuto> I summon The Phantom Knights of Ragged Gloves! (1000/500)
<@Yuto> Then, because I control a Phantom Knights monster, I can special summon The Phantom Knights of Silent Boots from my hand! (200/1200)
* @[Yugo] it's like he's going for the same strategy as me!

* @Yuto 's two monsters turn into light and enter the overlay vortex on front of him!

* @Yuto starts running along side his monster, before Break Sword vias off towards Kendama, bringing it's huge blade up above it's head and bringing it down upon Yugo's monster, slicing it in half!
* @[Yugo] gh! He swerves off to the side from the backlash. (3200 LP) But he quickly gets himself back on track.
* @Yuto continues running until he's a fairly safe distance from Yugo's D-Wheel, before stopping.

<@[Yugo]> I activate Speed Recovery! Come back and slice through, Hi-Speedroid Kendama! *oh god the ship is back, zooming out of a wormhole alongside Yugo* Kendama, attack Break Sword! *wait, why is he...?*
<Yuya> Wait... why is he attacking?!
* @Yuto watches Yugo suspicously. What's he up to...?
<@[Yugo]> Activate from hand, the quick-play spell, Shrink! I halve your monster's ATK! *he slips the card in, as it activates and glows, shrinking Break Sword in size along with it's strength. Kendama rushes at the monster, charging with it's tip first to pierce through*
<@Yuto> I activate my set card, Phantom Knights' Sword!
<@Yuto> Break Sword gains back 800 ATK!
* @[Yugo] it goes up from 1500 ATK to 2300 ATK-- it's too late to stop Kendama, so Yugo has to think fast!
<@[Yugo]> Activate my face-down card! Speed Turn!
<@[Yugo]> Since I control a Speedroid monster, I can target a face-up Attack Position monster, change it to Defense Position... and make it lose 500 DEF! *a boomerang appears out of nowhere, THWACKing Break Sword*

<@[Yugo]> Kendama inflicts piercing damage! Go! *He throws out a fist for impact, as Kendama finally succeeds in piercing through Break Sword with the tip of it's ship*
<@Yuto> I send The Phantom Knights' Sword to the graveyard to prevent Break Sword's destruction!
* @Yuto still takes the damage though as the attack goes through Break Sword and hits him, sending him flying from the impact (1800 LP)
* @Yuto lands with a thud on the ground
* @[Yugo] annoying! Least he dealt a pretty heavy blow there...
<@[Yugo]> I set one card and end my turn!
* @Yuto starts trying to get up, but it's obvious he's struggling a little bit from the fall
<Yuya> Y-Yuto!
* Yuya starts to run up to him.
* @Yuto quickly holds his hand out and shakes his head a little, telling Yuya to stop where he is, before finally getting back to his feet.
<Yuya> Yuto...
<@Yuto> It's my turn!!
<@Yuto> I turn Break Sword to attack!
<@Yuto> Then I normal summon The Phantom Knights of Ancient Cloak! (800/1000)
<@Yuto> It's effect activates, allowing me to change it to defense and raise Break Sword's attack by 800!

* @[Yugo] makes a motion like he's going to activate something, but then he seems to he has second thoughts about it, as Break Sword's attack goes through, slicing through Kendama again. (2600 LP)

<@[Yugo]> Tch... *he gives a grin, despite the situation* This'd almost be fun, you know? You're pretty good.

<@[Yugo]> *he draws his card as he drives past, angry again* Fine! My compliment is wasted on someone who took what's important to me, anyway!

Level 3 tuner Tri-Eyed Dice and Level 4 Double Yoyo... *... a strange presence, almost like a roaring sound, seems to echo from Yugo's bike-- no, his extra deck? Yuya and Yuto can both hear it clearly, as Yugo smirks.*

<@[Yugo]> Tuning! *Tri-Eyed Dice turns into Stars, as Yoyo goes through the rings. A streak of light appears, as the roaring gets louder, almost rumbling* Flap your beautiful and heroic wings to strike the enemy at the speed of light! Synchro Summon! Appear, Level 7 Clear Wing Synchro Dragon! (2500/2000)
* Yuya and Yuto both watch the summon in shock.
* @[Yugo] what appears from the streak of light is a very large dragon-- it's wings glowing in the night as it almost towers over the duelists, roaring out.
<Yuya> Clear Wing... Synchro Dragon...? Yugo has a dragon too?
* @[Yugo] even more interestingly is that so far, all of these dragons, including yours, have a similar naming scheme. along with having the same face and similar names-- and then Yugo proceeds
<@[Yugo]> Clear Wing! Attack Break Sword! Whirlwind Hell Dive Slasher!
* @[Yugo] Clear Wing flies up and then loops around, spinning as it goes through Break Sword at incredible speed, picking up the wind around it
* @Yuto 's Break Sword is blown into pieces as the wind and backlash from the attack hits Yuto and sends him tumbling backwards! (1300 LP)
* Yuya once again starts to move towards Yuto when he hits the floor. "Yuto!"

* @Yuto quickly gets back to his feet
<@Yuto> Due to Break Sword's effect, I special summon Ragged Gloves and Silent Boots back to my field, with their levels increasing by one!
* @Yuto 's two monsters return (Level 3 ---> Level 4)
* @[Yugo] he looks between the two monsters. ... and then at Ancient Cloak. You.
<@[Yugo]> Fine. Main Phase 2, I activate Shock Surprise! I can banish up to two Speedroids from my graveyard to destroy an equal amount of cards... but what I want to get rid of is your Cloak! I banish Double Yoyo! *a strike of lightning comes down upon Ancient Cloak, frying it*

* @[Yugo] he said up to two. He could've destroyed the two monsters you just summoned-- or even Ancient Cloak and one of the monsters, so why...?
<@Yuto> ... why didn't you use that card to it's full effect?
<@[Yugo]> I think you know exactly why. *he glances at his dragon for a moment, tightening his grip on his bike's handles* I bet it wants to fight too, you know. So come on. Bring it out! Bring out who Clear Wing Synchro Dragon is waiting for! Your Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon! I end my turn!

* @Yuto 's Dark Rebellion appears onto Yuto's field! (2500/2000) And as soon as it does... it starts roaring... as if calling out.
* @[Yugo] Clear Wing Synchro Dragon responds in turn, roaring as well, as they seem to resonate.
* @[Yugo] has to stop driving for the moment when they start crying out, feeling an ache in his chest, closing his eyes.
* Yuya doubles over a little as a sudden uncomfortable burning sensation appears in his chest.
<Yuya> W-what is this feeling....?
* @Yuto also feels the ache as he, too, closes his eyes
<Yuya> My chest is burning so much... what...
* Yuya looks over at Yuto for a moment. Can... can he and Yugo feel this too?
* @[Yugo] given the slightly pained expressions, that might be a valid thing to assume.
* @Yuto 's eyes then suddenly snap open, only now, they're glowing brightly!
* Yuya looks at Yuto in shock
<Yuya> Yuto!
* @[Yugo] his own eyes snap open too, glowing a similar glow.
<@Yuto> Fine. I'll end this with Dark Rebellion. It'll destroy you. It'll destroy everything.
<Yuya> Yuto....!
<@Yuto> I activate Dark Rebellion XYZ Dragon's effect!
<@Yuto> I remove both overlay units to half the attack of your monster and Dark Rebellion will gain the difference to it's own attack!
<@Yuto> TREASON DISCHARGE!
<@[Yugo]> Clear Wing Synchro Dragon's effect activates!

* Yuya quickly runs towards Yuto, standing in front of him and holding out his arms.

<Yuya> Dueling is supposed to be something that makes people happy! That makes them smile!!
<Yuya> Dueling shouldn't be used to hurt people!
<Yuya> Yuto! You even said yourself that Heartland was a place where people dueled with smiles on their faces, right?!
* @Yuto stops as the memories of Heartland before the attack come to him in a flashback. Memories of people smiling and enjoying dueling.
* @Yuto closes his eyes for a moment and when he opens them, they're no longer glowing.

<@Yuto> ...I don't want to hurt anyone anymore.
* Yuya smiles a little seeing that he's gotten through to him. "Yuto..."
* @Yuto cringes a little in pain, then falls to his knees.
<@Yuto> ... I end my turn.
<@[Yugo]> Draw.
* @[Yugo] well given his tone, he's 100% undaunted by this.
* Yuya quickly turns towards Yugo, holding out his arms protectively in front of Yuto
<Yuya> You have to stop too!
<@[Yugo]> I summon Speedroid Razorang. (2000/0)
<@[Yugo]> I activate it's effect to change it to defense position, and reduce a monster on the field by 800 ATK... and I choose Clear Wing Synchro Dragon! Whose effect activates!
<@[Yugo]> Dichroic Mirror! Razorang is negated and destroyed, and it's ATK is added to Clear Wing Synchro Dragon! *Razorang crackles and shatters, the energy flowing into Clear Wing Synchro Dragon, increasing it to 4500 ATK!*
* @[Yugo] clearly enough, your words aren't reaching him, Yuya.
<Yuya> What?!
<Yuya> Yugo! You need to stop!
<@[Yugo]> Clear Wing Synchro Dragon! Destroy his Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon! Whirlwind Hell Dive Slasher! *Clear Wing roars out, echoing across the park and past it, as it flies up and then circles around, turning into a whirlwind itself and heading straight for the opposing dragon*
* @Yuto 's Dark Rebellion seems to roar and react, flying up towards Clear Wing as if it wants to fight it.
* @[Yugo] well, a fight it got, but it's over almost too soon, as Clear Wing's whirlwind rips through, causing a huge shockwave that bowls over Yuto (and consequently, Yuya)
* @[Yugo] there's only a moment of time for either of them to even really react to it...!
* @Yuto quickly reacts and does the one thing he can do. He leaps forward and pushes Yuya out of the way of the attack coming towards them.
* @[Yugo] Yuto ends up taking a majority of the brunt of the shockwave-- and Yuya can feel it. He can feel just how strong it was.
* @Yuto is thrown quite far by the force of it, landing on the ground hard a few feet away. (0 LP)
* Yuya gets up and quickly runs over to Yuto. "YUTO!"
* Yuya gets to him and instantly kneels down beside him to check on him.
<Yuya> Yuto! Are you okay?!
* @[Yugo] Clear Wing Synchro Dragon fades away, as Yugo blinks, his eyes clearing up.
<@[Yugo]> ... huh? What was I doing...?
* @Yuto 's Dark Rebellion card, which is in his hand, suddenly starts glowing. In response, Odd-Eyes in Yuya's deck also starts to glow.
* Yuya looks on in shock at what's happening, as the light surrounds them.
* @[Yugo] looks over as the light surrounds Yuya and Yuto
<@[Yugo]> What the--?
* @Yuto opens his eyes slightly as Yuya moves to hold him.
<Yuya> Are you okay?! You've got to hang in there! Yuto!
* @Yuto looks up at Yuya for a moment, before giving him a soft smile. He slowly holds up Dark Rebellion's card to him.
<@Yuto> Make people smile by dueling...
<@Yuto> ... use your power to bring smiles to the world... and to the future.
* Yuya looks down at Yuto apprehensively, but then looks at the card and gradually takes it from Yuto's hand.
<Yuya> My power...?
* @Yuto gives him a small, slow nod, before he gives out a light gasp. The light becomes more intense as it envelopes the both of them into a column of light...
<@[Yugo]> Whoa!? *he raises up his arm in response to the light, trying to not be blinded by it*
* YuzuHiragi runs into the park, her search elsewhere having turned up nothing. "Yuya?! Sora?!" She looks around....when a pink light starts coming from her arm.
* YuzuHiragi raises up her arm to see the gem in her bracelet glowing.
<YuzuHiragi> The bracelet...? Is Yuto here...?!
* YuzuHiragi the light from the bracelet intensifies for a moment, covering the whole park...then it dissipates. Yuzu drops her hands from over her eyes and looks around.
* @[Yugo] there is no sign of a boy on a motorcycle I can tell you that much
* Yuya is the only person there. He's knelt down, not moving and staring off into nothing.
* Yuya 's eyes then close as he falls forward and simply crumples to the ground, unconscious.
<YuzuHiragi> ---!!
<YuzuHiragi> YUYA!
* YuzuHiragi sprints over to Yuya and immediately kneels down next to him, wrapping her arms around his shoulders.
<YuzuHiragi> Y-yuya! What's wrong?! Can you hear me? Yuya!
* Yuya doesn't respond to her.
<YuzuHiragi> Y-yuya....!
* YuzuHiragi gulps and immediately pulls up her disk to call somebody.
