  1. 1. What does 100pp mean?
  2. A. 100pp stands for 100 Prosperity Points, its means recruiting every Digimon possible to the city, each Digimon is worth a certain amount of points based on evolution level.
  3. Rookie = 1
  4. Champion = 2
  5. Ultimate = 3
  6.
  7. 2. Why do you get Bakemon? (Bake Route)
  8. A. Bakemon is an easy champion evolution to get, all you have to do is have Agumon die in a fight or pass out via Sickness and its a 10% chance to digivolve, however through RNG manipulation(as described in 5.) we can have Agumon die to Sickness and turn into Bakemon 100% of the time. He can also learn Thunder Justice(single digimon fights) and Spinning Shot(multiple digimon fights), both very effective moves
  9.
  10. 2B. Why do you get Birdramon? (Birdra Route)
  11. A. Birdramon is quite easy to train and meet requirements for evolution, it also has access to Spinning Shot (which will be used most of the time i have Birdramon) and Meltdown (for the triple opponent fights and type effectiveness of Fire>Plant), Birdramon being a Fire type is also able to do Frigimon as soon as i've done with Ice Sanctuary as a quicker way of warping to the other side of Freezeland, saving me having to make my baby Digimon sick later in the run.
  12.
  13. 3. What are these slot machines?
  14. A. These are bonus try training, if i manage to get 3 golden poops in a row, my stats i gain from training are x10, so in the case of Agumon, normally he'd achieve 8 Off. points from the Offense Training board, but with the slots it becomes 80, doing this 8 times, allows me to end up with 720 Off. very early in the run
  15.
  16. 4. How are you hitting the golden poops that many times? isn't it random?
  17. A. Yes they are, golden poop slots require you to hit the timing aswell as hit a 10% chance that the game wont automatically force you to miss the slot no matter how perfect you are on timing, through RNG manipulation you can consistently manipulate the pattern of the slots to be the same every run with getting the 10% chance 8 times in a row, then all it takes is learning the timing for each pattern to successfully get it.
  18.
  19. 5. How does RNG manipulation work?
  20. A. When you reset your console and load or start a new game, it gives you a default RNG value which is always the same, from there you can manipulate what RNG value you get via scold/praise, feeding an item or walking away from your digimon and letting it catch up to you, so for example on the slots, the first slot pattern is gotten by praising Agumon before going Bonus Try
  21.
  22. 6. Why are you saving and resetting at certain points?
  23. A. as per above, resetting the console sets the RNG value back to default, allowing me to continue RNG manipulation once i've done something that has made the RNG unpredictable (Such as gone to freezeland as per below).
  24.
  25. 7. Wouldn't that mean you could manipulate the entire game?
  26. A. Not necessarily, certain areas of the game advance RNG in weird ways, such as Freezeland and certain fights can't be manipulated due to requiring excessive healing/MP recovery, the timing required to perfectly manipulate with healing items is TAS-Level, the route is done in a way that alot of the manipulations are done before reaching those areas/fights and the rest are done via console reset afterwards.
  27.
  28. 8. Do you finish this run with only Bakemon? (Bake Route)
  29. A. No, Bakemon dies before the run is over and you need Monzaemon to finish Toy Town, so after recruiting Kabuterimon and Kuwagamon from Beetle Land, ill feed DV Chip A til Bakemon dies, then i'll train up my newborn to Elecmon>Numemon and then put Numemon in the Monzaemon suit to finish the rest of the run
  30.
  31. 8B. Do you finish this run with only Birdramon? (Birdra Route)
  32. A. No, Birdramon will eat a golden banana i get later to evolve into Etemon, i use Etemon as he has access to Thunder Justice and can enter Greylord's Mansion, which requires a Virus type Digimon, following that, Etemon will be killed off like Bakemon in the other route which i then get Elecmon>Numemon>Monzaemon to finish the run.
  33.
  34. 9. Does this run use glitches?
  35. A. There are a few minor timesaves using glitches (Jesus Strats as an example) but nothing to skip massive portions of the game, therefore it is defined by the community as a "No Major Glitches" category.
  36.
  37. 10. Jesus Strat? what does that even mean? are you mocking our lord and savior?!
  38. A. Yes? Jesus Strat is a wrong warp using a Goburimon encounter that places you in the middle of Dragon Eye Lake, so like Jesus, you are walking on water, from there you can fish for DigiTrout, Black Trout, Digianchovy and Seadramon abit easier, again its not skipping anything massive, so community defines it as a minor glitch until a time comes where something massive is found using said glitch, if you'd like to see this in action, type !jesus in chat
  39.
  40. 11. How are you entering Ice Sanctuary with Bakemon? (Bake Route)
  41. A. Due to an oversight by the devs, there's a very thin gap in the trigger for Ice Sanctuary, using a setup to get into the right position, i can walk through the gap, this will allow me to enter Ice Sanctuary without a Vaccine type Digimon.
  42.
  43. 12. What is Day Skip? OR why are you training your Digimon past the time he's sleepy (Bake Route)
  44. A. awhile ago, Geta92 found a way to advance the time 24 hours during sleep, you train your Digimon way past the time he starts being sleepy all the way til the hour he's suppose to wake up, normally the sleepy status would be taken away at that point, but you can hold Triangle after training til the hour he's suppose to wake up and the sleep status will still be active, let him sleep and the game will wake your Digimon up in 24 hours instead which cuts out alot of time wasting to get to Day 15.
  45.
  46. Whats changed from the old WR route?
  47. - Way more manipulations including Mt Infinity manipulations and a completely new Tekkamon/Skullgreymon manipulation
  48.
  49. - Otamamon is now skipped by entering the cherrymon warp 10 times, ends up saving 17~ seconds
  50.
  51. - Completely new slots taken from the Any% NMG route that save 20 seconds~ (every manipulation from the start had to be redone due to this)
  52.
  53. - Attempting to Poop skip for Elecmon training, saving a small amount of time
  54.
  55. - Cut out the console reset for Toy Town manipulation, so now its random chance but could save a minute based on luck
  56.
