I use like ayurvedic "antibiotics" when I get infections, tends to work. Though I doubt you'll be able to get the stuff I get, it's pretty comprehensive. You may have to get regular penicillin/similar shit, if it's infection. At the very least, check out some immune boosting stuff, etc.

But I mean, if it's badass infection, it could spread.
